房東房子不少，我們住300弄哪個小區 跟訂單顯示房源地址是一條街但可能不是一個小區。房子住宿條件很好，感覺跟別人曬圖不是一間房，但是房子不錯，騎共享單車到地鐵站近比步行舒服，騎車5分鐘，步行15-20分鐘，太熱不想走。距離上海財經大學特別特別近，對面就是。

距離上海10號線江灣體育場站1.7公里、步行20分鐘，18號網上海財經大學站1.3公里、步行15分鐘，暑期30多度上海步行太痛苦，這事唯一的瑕疵。
實際房子位置交通便利，樓下就是公交站，1-2站到地鐵站，外地人不會坐公交，可以共享單車幾分鐘到家，筆走着舒服。
去10號線必要途徑知名大學路，網紅餐廳一片，可以過來吃，可以點餐，不要太棒！
房子在小區裏2層東山牆，像是80年代板樓，2室0廳明廚明衞，兩張雙人床，兩台給力空調，南北通透，安靜平和，有酒店和民宿標配，冰箱洗衣機都有，沒有電視，但也無所謂，有個南向陽台個晾衣桿，不要小看南陽台的作用，北方人到南方 衣服襪子一天一洗就指着陽台晾曬，不要太方便和舒服了，哦對 還有洗衣板 哈哈哈
下樓就是上海財經大學側門，送孩子上學的家長可以選擇該房子，太近了，抬腿就到。

定了四天，相比分開定四天一點優惠都沒有，衞生用品衹有第一天提供，還説我定了幾天都給我便宜了所以中途沒提供服務，洗衣機裏很多黴也不提供清理，住了四天長輩都沒用過，有一張床彈簧斷了好幾根，不知道之前發生過什麼，客户提訴求基本第二天才回，不打電話也聯繫不上，前期看房也是同理，讓約個看房時間像求他一樣的不跟進。這次入住主要是長輩住，體驗不是很好，小區環境也要注意，用來結婚接親的，先去和保安打招呼問需要發什麼，保安説交停車費就行，第二次去送東西，保安聽説是這間立馬問是不是結婚的，這裏5個保安，當天就來兩個，但要準備5個紅包和煙。等接親的時候保安又要了業委會主任和保潔的紅包，很不順心
