我是複試的時候去訂的。開始第一間房型太難受了，he圖片相差很大，我接受不了我就換了一間，但是還是很多bug。
我換的第二個房間，有如下不滿：
1.户型比照片上看起來小很多，這令我其實是挺失望的。
2.燈光全部是廊道燈，所以比較灰暗。
3.我比較難以忍受的點，整個房間衹有一個插座！並且插座很鬆！碰一碰很容易掉，導致我插了電腦就很難在插手機。
4.酒店沒有沐浴露洗髮水，衹有一個一體的，看起來很掉價。我第一眼沒看到有，我就去找前台要，前台説沒有沐浴露洗髮水，我去下邊全家花42塊錢買了個小樣。
5.我最痛恨的一點，電腦wifi連不上！我都是開熱點用的電腦，一直連不上，連了很多次。
6.我第二天覆試，打算將行李寄存前台。（我初試的時候行李當時就是寄存的，並且還寫了卡片號碼，看起來比較正規）這裏居然不讓寄存！還一直和我掰扯，我都看見其他人的行李寄存了，態度差的要死，我一直費勁巴拉的説，才給我放着，一點也不正規。

服務太差，我第一次入住的，在前天晚上，問總枱請送一個枕頭來，服務員直接説沒有，我説1米8的床，枕頭太矮了請再送一個，就説沒有。後來我想入睡了，房內找遍競然沒有牙刷，又問總枱，説今天衹有一個人值班，刷牙一下子無法送上來，要我等半小時到一個小時，我差點被氣吐血，上海怎麼有這樣的賓館這樣低劣的服務，後面我生氣了，才送上來，等了15分鐘。以上真切感受，非常難受，永不再見此賓館！

房間不錯，酒店各方面都很滿意。交通很方便。大廳很亮，衞生乾淨。辦理入住手續很快。前台服務態度很好，主動打招呼，很有耐心。很貼心。微笑服務。特別棒。客房大姐打掃房間也很細緻，有禮貌，價格合理，性價比高。推介啦
