位置非常好，樓下5分鐘到地鐵站。周邊吃的喝的也都有。可以沿北外灘一直走到外灘，又從南京路走回來，全程1個半小時足夠，直接走到南京路麼15分鐘足夠。窗外夜景無敵美，老闆還剛把磨花的窗户玻璃換了。房間裝修風格挺現代的。老闆溝通起來也挺好的。

超美的江景房，超級喜歡這裏，方便又舒服，房子夠大，視野開闊，採光好，站在陽台可以俯瞰整個黃浦江的風景，太美啦，房子裝修時尚，乾淨整潔，樓下就有早餐店和便利店，很好吃，地鐵就在家門口，去哪裡都方便，位置真心太好啦，離外灘和南京路步行街很近的，步行就可以去了，太喜歡啦，贊👍🏻贊贊贊贊

位置非常方便。 老闆對不便之處給予了無微不至的幫助。 但是並不清潔。 廚房裡味道太重了，不能做飯吃。 而且傢俱之間灰塵太多了。 杯子裏的油凝固了，我們得重新洗一下再使用。 如果對清潔部分費心的話,應該會成為很好的經驗。 謝謝。

我們一家子4個大人2個小孩第一次來上海。我在攜程網上對比了好幾家，最終確認了這家，住了三晚，不僅舒心、安心、也放心，屋內有空調。住宿距離各個景點也 很近，附近美食也多，以後要是還有機會再來上海，還會選擇這家，方便，温馨，有家的感覺！

整體還行，尤其夜景可看上海3件套。衞生間全透明玻璃導致非常不方便，一人洗澡全家迴避，而且衞生間門關不上

出門就是天潼路地鐵站 去到南京東路一站地鐵就到 步行也可到達外灘等地 景色非常好😳 房東人也超好 回覆問題很及時 推薦！！

真的很好的一次體驗 盆友都説我找的房完美 很大 也很乾凈 空調中央空調 很涼快 可以看見東方明珠 夜景賊美 離景點都比較近停車很方便 樓下就是停車場 停車費價格比別的地方便宜呀 一天封頂72元 出去最怕停車麻煩 房東人很好 有問必答 退房了還可以寄存行李 很愉快的一次體驗 要不是趕去下一站蘇州 還想多住一晚 有機會來上海還會住這裏

這是我在上海住的最豪的豪宅了，房子非常漂亮，超級乾淨衞生，配套設施齊全，一進門就被那超大的陽台景觀吸引着了，衹顧影相外灘，忘記拍房子了，房子位置交通方便，機場地鐵直達，住在這裏去哪哪景點都方便的，晚上逛街回來再在陽台拍照外灘，實在不捨得睡覺了。還要贊房東，超級好人，態度好，耐心解答，超值體驗，值得再來。
