Location is pretty convenient to East Nanjing road, and has quite a few food options that is either 24 hours or opens till late. WOW Hotels is about 10 minutes walk with luggage to the metro stations. Hotel security uses camera/facial before access to lift area. Daily house keeping with bottled water is provided. Friendly staff members.

Great location. Good services, even though fewer staff spoke English, they were willing to help with translation equipment. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I liked the coffee shop in the lobby and also coffee maker in my room. I’ll book this hotel again for my next trip.

Very clean and modern room (4th floor). Had a nice view. Location is great too, very close to Nanjing shopping street. Easy access to metro stations Nanjing Lu East and People’s square. A lots of restaurants in the area if you want to eat Chinese food (noodles, rice etc.). The staff is friendly and helpful. Specially the girl at the reception when my flight was cancelled. She helped me to call the airline to ask for an English speaking person, to get info on the cancellation. And also grateful that I could extend my room for 1 more night (but the rate was higher). It would be nice if the staff speak more English for foreigner tourists (non Chinese speaking tourists). Luckily Xiao Chao speaks some English and he is kind. Free water all the time. There is a free laundry room (self service) 24hrs. Received a bottle of water and a small gift when I checked out.
Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Had an amazing comfortable stay. The views from the room was breath taking and we felt very much welcomed with the service provided. Even to the cleaning staff that greeted us so enthusiastically everytime we see her along the corridor. Room was huge and loved the large bathroom with a separate powder room.
We also had a fun time for the photoshoot that came along with the room package.

Location of the hotel near the bund was a very plus point. Room condition was clean, good and up to expectations. The stay comes with free laundry too. A few improvements to be considered:
1) foreign cars entrance - we have to carry our own bag from main road which is troublesome.
2) pay more attention to booking details. We booked for 4 guests but all amenities were given for 3. We can only get it after a few calls, e.g. pillow, cups, slippers, towels etc.
3) we had a lost laundry bag though it was found in the end but the interaction process with receptionist was not a smooth one.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is well worth paying for the view as it is simply stunning!
Do not count on the restaurant on the top floor as it seems more a private dining venue. Not to worry! Plenty of authentic restaurants around the hotel! The SPA on the 6th floor was a little odd - no opening hours, no menus only a „flat fee“ of 880¥ and not allowed to look around or information what this would get you 🤔 Transportation and Location for all possible tourist activities is super convenient and can not be faulted! Always again!

Fantastic hotel with modern vibes. Location is a 5 minutes away from a train station and has multiple eateries nearby. The adjoining Macdonalds offers a quick fix, right at the doorstep.
Hotel furnishing and cleanliness and are great. As with many hotels in China, this one also has a robo delivery service that sends delivered food straight to your room. Delivery time after arrival at hotel should vary as there is only 1 robot on site.

PPenelopeWe just had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was not only spotlessly clean, but also spacious and comfortable, offering everything one could need for a perfect rest. The location of the hotel is excellent, allowing easy access to various points of interest in the city.
The reception staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, always with a smile and willing to help with anything needed. The breakfast is first class, with an excellent variety that changes daily, making every morning a new culinary experience.
In addition, the hotel offers washing and drying machines, which is extremely convenient. We were provided with all the bottled water we needed and umbrellas were readily available. This is definitely a hotel we will return to - highly recommended!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. Save space for the tasty pastries and cakes.
Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. They assisted me order take-out pizza online and delivered to hotel after a long day at the Disneyland Park. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for us prior to our arrival and at very reasonable price (cake was baked inhouse).
If you take the effort and time to communicate with staff, you will achieve the assistance you require from the hotel team. Downloading a “Translation App” and “We-Chat” is highly recommended if you cannot communicate in Mandarin.
Please book your Disneyland drop-off and pickup shuttle 24 hour prior and register yourself with the “We-Chat” group (There is a QR code at the front desk). The hotel’s private guide on the bus ensured my family got through the park gate and registered at the park guest services.
Tip! if you need to communicate with the hotel staff prior to arriving, I found “We-Chat” to be the most convenient way (Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha Mobile WeChat number is ***********).

AASLSEnjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

GGuest User+ It´s comfortable because it´s on Line 2, where you can go to the Bund, and to both airports.
On the airport are also many restaurants and a convenient store.
The rooms are big and comfortable.
The breakfast is big and very tasty.
The TV has CNN and HBO, so it´s possible to watch TV in English too.
- My room was a non-smoking room but it smelled a lot like cigarettes unfortunately, which was quiet annoying.
Some design things (like window frame, shower,...) are dirty or rusty, but that´s normal in China as far as I know.
The Wi-Fi is okay, just a little bit slow.
The heater is central, so it feels a little bit cool in the room, you can turn on the ”heater” but it just blows out cold air, even on heating mode.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.
It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working.
The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!
La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.
The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.
The food again was really yummy!
The staff were friendly too.
You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception.
They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.
The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.
It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.
They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed.
Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.
After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

HHongsederenThe room is clean. The Pearl River view room I was given is in a general location. You can only see the complete ”three-piece set” at the edge. The room with a smaller number may have a better view. The room facilities are very good, with a little smell of new decoration. My wife was a little allergic in the afternoon. After dinner, I went to the front desk to apply for an air purifier and signed a waiver agreement to open the window. I slept well all night. After dinner, I went to the very fashionable bar on the 32nd floor (guests can take a free tour). There is a large open-air platform. The night view of the Bund, Lujiazui and North Bund is unobstructed. It is worth going up to sit. Watch the sunrise at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is half blocked by the high-rise buildings in Pudong. You can see the busy Pujiang River at sunrise. It is beautiful. There are not many tourists on the Bund in the early morning. It happened to be foggy. The high-rise buildings in Lujiazui, Pudong, against the light have a different beautiful scenery! The buffet breakfast is very rich in variety, the quality of the dishes is also great, and the five-star service is very satisfactory. (Some parts of the hotel are still under renovation, and the swimming pool and gym are not open yet.)

Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.
