服務：入住前小卓瑪就提前聯繫，溝通了入住細節。隨後加入了酒店入住羣，有任何需要都及時迴應
❤️晚上8點的博物館小姐姐講解非常細緻，酥油茶和打糌粑活動也很有意思，天南地北的朋友聊聊天真的感覺很好。酒店提供的藏服體驗也很好，藏族的卓瑪姐姐做的粧造特別美麗，拍出來好好看。
🐎酒店有合作的馬場，提前約，馬兒和大叔會在門口等候，大叔很純樸很健談。
設施：酒店設施根齊全，房間有地暖，製氧機，還有電子馬桶，電視也非常大，可以看網絡電視。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，各種需求及時迴應，牙刷和一次性用品質量都非常好
藏式下午茶:下午茶很好吃，洛神茶很好喝🍵
藏式歡迎晚餐:晚餐兩個人吃的飽飽的，氂牛肉很軟爛，非常新鮮。😋

很幸運第一次來雲南就遇到你們，体驗非常好。酒店環境,設施，活動都讓我覺得很舒適。
晚上的環境也十分美好寧靜。

整個酒店設施很新，三層的納帕海景觀房推開陽台門可以看到納帕海景觀，無遮擋。經理和服務人員很熱情，無論是接送機，晚餐搭配，還是其他服務都做到用心，特別是這次過生日，幫忙佈置了房間。 這個酒店最難得的是文化體驗，藏式化粧的姐姐是藏族人，化粧好了去一路之隔的帕納海馬場。攝影師小哥小錦全程跟拍，一流的技術，來住酒店一定要約拍！在博物館（當地首富私人豪宅改裝）可以看到很多頂級的私人收藏、整個大廳的藏文化木飾雕刻令人歎為觀止。當然、也有很多服務細節需要提高，總體體驗很好。

一個能看到雪山草原的藏式莊園酒店，酒店是一棟棟的別墅，豪華又不失藝術！房間非常大氣有品味，陽台能夠看到美麗的雪山和草原！屋子裡麪配有吸氧器！晚餐的氂牛肉火鍋味道鮮美、分量十足！吃過晚上之後又品嚐了酥油茶、糌粑，參觀了酒店老闆的收藏品博物館，進一步的瞭解了藏族文化！非常令人難忘的一次入住體驗！

實在是太好了，不知道怎麼形容，酒店的各方面都是完美，九百多這個價格性價比超高，堪比做慈善。
1. 辦入住時候招待喝了洛神花茶，隨口説了一句特別好喝，前台姐姐就泡了一保温壺送過去房間裏，一直喝到睡前都沒有涼。吃晚飯時廚房也送了一杯青稞酒嚐嚐。
2. 體驗火塘聚會之前去做酒店免費提供的藏式服裝，是藏族姨姨幫忙做的，説剛從山上砍柴下來，讓我看到了一位心靈手巧蕙質蘭心的藏族勞動婦女，敬佩。晚上聚會時候看到這位姨姨在幫其他管家小姐姐縫衣服，這一瞬間這家酒店真的給我很生活很原生藏族的沉浸感。
3. 高反消化道缺氧，窩在床上一天，早飯下午茶都是拜託管家送到房間裏的，非常快非常及時，搬過來很大很重的餐盤。別的基本上也是有求必應，沒有敷衍塞責過。
4. 離店後，管家主動微信聯繫我説忘了東西，然後把行李悉數打包寄到家裡，在酒店也忘過幾次東西，這是第一家沒有問起來就主動來聯繫我的酒店。
5. 酒店內的博物館會客廳太排場了，物件工藝精緻，全是藝術品，裝修造價讓人瞠目結舌，得知老闆建這家莊園的初衷是向外族人弘揚傳播藏族文化。聽出租車司機説老闆是這村子裏最富的富豪，人稱“小六”，好像是“共*小六”，記不清了，軼聞一樁，更具神祕色彩了。
在香格里拉，基本上沒怎麼去景點，在莊園裡度假放鬆了幾天，很治癒。

設施:很新.而且都很齊全.供氧,地暖,空調,智能馬桶應有盡有.
衞生:很乾凈.非常不錯,不過洗手間洗澡下水有點小堵,但是瑕不掩瑜.
環境:沒的説,是我住過最好民宿之一.
服務:小卓瑪非常熱情,我們帶了2個很大行李箱,一見到我們就直接迎接幫我們提到房間,還給我們講解了酒店各種文化和習俗.
