We had a wonderful stay at the shangrila hotel. The hotel lobby and common areas features modern ******* style decorations . The room is spacious with a nice view of the city and mountains. There is an oxygen room for guests. Which is very useful for foreigners. The breakfast has a good spread of western and Chinese cuisines. No

The entry of the lobby was not super clean and there was a conference going on so everything had to go fast but room is very large

Beautiful lobby and common areas. However …. Room too warm, AC inefficient, bathroom amenities ‘basic’. Buffet breakfast average at best. Limited selection for a 5-star hotel. A disappointment.

第一次來香格里拉，當然選在香格里拉住，酒店整體是藏式裝修，裝飾和各種陳設都充滿藏族風情，一進酒店就充滿藏香味道，地理位置絕佳，窗户外就可以看見各種地標建築，設施雖然有點老但是保養還不錯，服務員也很熱情，早餐也比較豐富，有點小插曲就是結賬的時候把別人的消費記錯在我們的房上，還有雨傘還的出現點問題，後來也都解決了。但是也有點麻煩。

Amazing staying at the Shangri-la, big room with amazing view. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Western and Chinese food. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend!
