地理位置很好，靠近海濱路，可以看海，但切記和前台明確，要靠海的一邊，且要高樓層。我這次住在三樓，被防盜窗毀了興致。
但是春節時，海景房請慎重，汕頭人民在海邊放煙花可以放到凌晨一點後，那個吵啊。。。睡眠質量不行的，就好好賞煙花了。
酒店是宙由高層公寓房改造，房間很大，還有陽台，觀海、曬太陽都很不錯，晴天晾衣服，第二天中午也能幹。很贊。
酒店的早餐挺好的，可能是來到了潮汕地區，粥熬得特別好，他的皮蛋瘦肉粥和白粥，我喝了四碗，很舒服很滿足。
大堂有一個簡易超市，解決了周邊缺少超市的問題，而且大堂超市東西價格相對挺便宜，算平價。
酒店路口就是借小電驢的地方，騎個小電驢2公里就可以到東海岸大道，在這條路上騎電驢，太舒服了！如果愛跑步，這裏絕對就是聖地。
這裏的小電驢基本電都是很足，直接騎到東海岸公園一個來回也衹用掉一格電，很方便，東海岸公園是可以玩沙子、趕海的。
節假日有點貴，看了日常價格，性價比很高，還會來住。

房間比較大 晚上比較安靜，早餐種類很多 ，就是找地方服務小姐指揮不到位，不知道是不是2層的關係衞生間有味道，與老闆説了採取措施，她們還是很耐心聽取意見的。相對距離火車站和汕頭小吃街比較近
