酒店是新開業的，整體設施還比較新；門口停車也比較方便的，體驗感不太好的是他們家的電梯，與該酒店同1棟樓裏面的5樓是棋牌室，到了晚飯過後時間段人流量比較大，乘電梯需要等很長很長的時間。一進電梯所有人都在抱怨這個電梯。本來以為三部電梯，可實際就一部可以到達，還有一部一開始沒注意居然是假的。

房間很乾凈，服務很好，開車過來也有地下停車場比較方便。房間設施還是比較新的，很不錯
服務：前台小姐姐服務也很好，很認真回答客人問題
酒店離東湖、吼山比較近，離魯迅故里沈園會遠一點，開車到魯迅故里大概二十五分鐘左右，其實還行。整體很不錯很推薦！

房間是新裝修的整體還不錯，就是味道有點大，要是裏面放點綠植可能會好點，睡覺要開窗，但是很吵，衞生間沒有洗手液，很不方面，床好舒服，就是枕頭太高睡的脖子疼，早餐一般八點多過去早餐基本上已經沒有東西了，酒店是工業園區，如果去玩還是建議訂市區，周邊吃飯要走出去大概一公里也沒什麼好飯店，建議市區吃好回來

早餐一般，房間是新裝修的，但是一股子油漆味，熱水忍不了忽冷忽熱，能感覺到老闆想搞一家媲美全季的，奈何沒那個經驗，都已經兩百多的價位了，但是拖鞋和一次性刮鬍刀等用品卻是80塊小旅館的配套用品。裝修大錢都捨得花了，卻省在客户每天要用的用品上了，想不通怎麼想的，樓上全季也在裝修了，下次來肯定會選全季，還是全季靠譜。我基本上一兩個月來一次資溪麪包工廠出差，皋埠唯一痛點就是沒好的酒店，都是去市區。這家新開的莫瀾兩百塊以上的酒店最終還是失望了，以後真的莫來了

酒店乾淨整潔，品質很好，面積大，很舒服，距離東湖很近，服務態度很好，早餐在同等價位的酒店是相當不錯的，水果新鮮。我忘記拿眼鏡了，也是酒店發現後主動聯繫，並協助寄送，體驗很好，以後還會選擇入住，很幸運找到此酒店

嚴重推薦這家酒店，新樓新店新設施，性價比很高。房間空間大，落地窗很敞亮，房間設施齊全，智能程度很高，熱水充足，地下免費停車場車位超級多，非常方便，早餐品種豐富，味道也好。前台工作人員服務熱情周到，很暖心，下次還住。

以下是真實感受，不是黑噴子。酒店新開房間很大，東西很新，服務也很熱情，早餐很贊，上菜很及時，口味也很好，酒店地下停車免費，房間內衞生間洗手枱缺個洗手液。預訂前看點評説味道不大被誤導了，實際房間味道還是有點大的，特別床頭最大，建議老闆請個除甲醛吧……晚上工地很吵，土方車半夜工作。開窗透氣就吵，關窗味道很薰，酒店樓下5樓是棋牌室，酒店對面就是信號發射塔，輻射+毒氣雙結合哈哈這個也是沒想到的。

酒店新開業環境很不錯，出差來住方便了，平時都要去比較遠的地方找酒店。房間比較時尚簡約，定的大床配的智能馬桶，設施很全還看了其它房型，落地玻璃視野超讚，主要衞生真的乾淨。開業還有甜品吃，點贊👍滿意👍
