We had to park in the parking lot across the road as the hotel parking lot was full. The hotel had given our room to someone else even though we booked weeks in advance and paid in full.

The location was convenient for our activities.
Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, but finishings in the room were old and in need of repair/replacement - holes in the chair upholstery, pulls in the carpet, veneer chipped or missing on the furniture, the lamp shades were desperate and the spout in the bathtub was loose. The key card was hit or mis at our door and at the pool access.
Good selection for breakfast, but the toaster needs to be upgraded (very slow to toast) and at 6:10am there was not yet hot breakfast available and at 9:50am there was no hot breakfast left.
The pool area was great for kids - they loved the slide. It was clean and not overly chemical smelling.

It was a good night sleep, I had what I needed,however some toiletries available, for the price I was a bit disappointed no restaurant, the breakfast area was small
Lovely king size room and was quiet so for my stay it was nice except food wise I had just came off a flight was a 15 hr flight. I didn't want chips candy or chocolate bars

when we got there the parking lot was a sheet of ice. No salt, only at entrance.
The following day it started snowing covering the ice in the parking lot. We had a parent whom fell and couldnt get up. When we got back to the hotel we had informed front desk that the parking lot needed to be salted and their reseponse was that they called the the snow plow wasnt coming because it was turning to rain, which it did and that froze over night. An aunt whom was leaving sunday morning also fell. You could have skated on it.

Also the TV never worked, called front desk they came, it worked for about 20 minutes,

Two of our group had slipped and fell on the ice out front. When I ask the front desk they said she called the snow a guy told her he's not coming because it is going to rain and wash it away. Boy was he wrong it froze and caused to accidents. I am not impressed. That is unacceptable and poorly addressed.

The hotel is 3 minutes away from the airport. We had an early flight and they have no shuttle service but they made sure we had a taxi in time. Great service overall. We would stay again.

I have had better hotel experience even with 3star properties, their entire crew act like your stay is a favor. Hospitality was 0, breakfast always had something missing, broken waffle dispenser, overcooked sausages and eggs, no child friendly meal options even when they claim to be a family friendly property.

Nice, clean hotel. I was excited it had a pool...but the pool was cold. Therefore we didn't use it. Mentioned it to the front desk person. She didn't give us any indication she would pass our concerns on.

Conviniently located near the airport. Staff was polite, gave us a better view room upon check-in. However, at 2 am heater overheated and genetated a terrible burning smell. Maintence issues? Who knows. Reported issue at check out but have not get an apology from the hotel management yet.
