The hotel environment is nice and the transportation is convenient. The staff at the front desk are enthusiastic and provide excellent service. Because I was traveling with elderly people who weren't familiar with the robot delivery service, we had trouble opening the door twice when items were delivered. I called the front desk and the staff member was very patient and helped us resolve the issue. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk even gave us a beautiful refrigerator magnet – highly recommended! I also want to thank the staff member for their warm and attentive service during our stay, and for recommending a breakfast place that was both affordable and delicious!

The location is very good, very close to the subway station! Staff service is very good! Also provided storage service! The washing machine is very easy to use. The oil stain of the emergency friend's clothes is washed away quickly! recommend!

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean and the soundproofing is good. There was so much mineral water that I couldn't finish it. Disposable toilet seats are also provided. There is a laundry room on the first floor. The breakfast was very good, with chicken racks and Hachioji drinks, and it didn't end until ten o'clock. The room is clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and a separate wet/dry bathroom. There's even a robot for delivery service. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The hotel is newly opened, with new decoration, sanitation is OK, and the service is also good. We have two 1.5 twin rooms in 802, which can accommodate 4 people, and the price is very favorable. It's so peaceful to sleep too. The only drawback is that there is no plug in the bathroom

極差入住體驗，環境是好的，休息是不好的，服務是壞的。 1. 提前預訂好房間，按照酒店規定的下午4點入住時間到店辦理，前台居然直接告知沒有打掃好的空房，讓我們長時間等待。明明是酒店自身效率低下、房態管理混亂，卻讓客人無端消耗時間，完全沒有契約精神，毫無歉意。 2. 等待房間期間，前台説是因為給我們免費升級房型才需要等待這麼久，可是完全沒有跟我們溝通，需不需要升級。最終辦理入住時，也沒有兑現升級承諾，給的還是原本預訂的普通房型，從頭到尾沒有任何解釋、沒有任何補償。 3. 預訂時攜程是可以寫備註的，我清晰備註了三項明確需求：同一樓層、房間不相鄰、遠離電梯，結果酒店完全無視客人合理需求，最終衹滿足了“同一樓層”這一項，給我們安排的房間緊鄰電梯口，電梯運行、開關門、人員走動的噪音整夜不斷，嚴重影響休息，根本無法正常入睡，完全不顧及客人的入住體驗。 4. 全程前台工作人員態度冷漠不耐煩，溝通時語氣態度並不友好。酒店標配的歡迎禮遇，全程無人主動提及、無人主動發放，還是我們離店時主動詢問之後，才不情不願地給到，全程沒有任何歡迎服務，服務意識極差。

Parking was also incredibly convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot, with ample spaces, so drivers don't have to worry about finding parking. The room was clean and tidy. It is worth mentioning that there was a beautiful woman at the front desk who was very good and had a strong communication ability. I parked in the backyard but a big brother said that he occupied his parking space. I was eager to take a taxi back to the hotel to move the car. The beauty was very active to communicate and insisted on giving me a taxi fare. I said that I didn't have to refund some of the consumption points! It feels very warm!
