The hotel environment is nice and the transportation is convenient. The staff at the front desk are enthusiastic and provide excellent service. Because I was traveling with elderly people who weren't familiar with the robot delivery service, we had trouble opening the door twice when items were delivered. I called the front desk and the staff member was very patient and helped us resolve the issue. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk even gave us a beautiful refrigerator magnet – highly recommended! I also want to thank the staff member for their warm and attentive service during our stay, and for recommending a breakfast place that was both affordable and delicious!

The location is fantastic! It's right off the first alleyway from Shenyang Zhongjie, and downstairs is a snack street with all kinds of delicious food. Once you step out of the alley, you're on Shenyang Zhongjie, a famous pedestrian street throughout China. The hotel is also very close to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Zhangshi Mansion, both of which I walked to. The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the high-end MixC shopping mall, which offers excellent shopping and entertainment. Getting around is also convenient, with a subway station nearby and convenient parking behind the hotel. The hotel is also close to a major highway. As we were about to check out at noon, my child fell asleep, so I contacted the front desk staff, who kindly helped me resolve the situation.
