What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!
