Why are dogs allowed in the hotel? Is there no one at the front desk? What are the security guards even doing? Don't they know dogs can bite and bark, disturbing other guests? Aren't they afraid of startling people? I asked them to remove the dog, but it was still there when I returned, and they even left the door open, allowing the dog to roam the hallway freely. When I went back to my room, the dog came out and barked at me. The front desk staff were the only positive; they were very polite and provided excellent service. However, the room's cleanliness was also terrible. Even after they moved me to another room, there were still nail clippings, and it wasn't cleaned properly. The water from the bathroom faucet also wasn't cold.
