Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Shenzhen

The hotel was very nice and comfortable ~ And the Reception staff Annie and Miay were very helpful

My first impression of this hotel was amazing because before my stay even started Jason the front desk manager made an effort to contact me regarding my check-in time and made the proper arrangements for me for when I arrived. This little act of service set the tone for my entire trip. Since arriving into the hotel the front desk were super sweet and attentive and it was a quick check-in experience. Once I got into my room, I noticed how clean and cozy it was. Exactly what I expected for the price I paid. The bed is super comfortable perfect for a good nights rest. The next day breakfast is complimentary and there are so many options to choose from. They kept it all fresh and topped up for you. Housekeeping was also super sweet. I didn’t leave my room until after 4 o’clock and she noticed as I was leaving to ask if I needed my room made up before I came back. There  was a slight issue with my room and when I spoke with the front desk about it, they sent a technician right away to fix it.  Very impressed with their response time and efficiency. The street around the hotel offers a lot of food options. The hotel is also located within a 10 minute walking radius of the mall.  I cannot wait to be back again thank you. Highly recommended !!

Location: Plenty of food selections surrounding the hotel from breakfast to supper. Walmart was located just 5mins walk away. Huaqiangbei is 1 metro station away and station entrance is just beside the hotel. Railway station is about 15mins drive way. Only inconvenient is lift does not link from the street level to room. You would have to take a lift to the lobby then change another to room. Room and staffs: Room is smart system where voice commands everything from tv, curtains, and aircon. No waiting is at the laundry room as you can monitor the washing status at the comfort of the bed. Room is very comfortable and right. There is Starbuck at the lobby for your caffeine fix. Staffs were friendly to greet you everytime.

no amenities nearby such as restaurants. Fortunately has a good cafe which serves good quality local food and servers are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Self laundry service is available. Hotel though states VISA and Master cards can be use in their advertisement, but on arrival, can use only AliPay or cash. International Travel card payment cannot be used. UK electrical socket is avaliable in room is a plus point though only 1 unit.

I would like to highly recommended the Hampton Inn which is situated at Shenzhen. Hampton Inn Shenzhen by Hilton is located at the Futian Crossboarder about just 3 minutes walk over to the hotel. It's a very clean , high standard international hotel served with complimentary Eastern and Western breakfast buffet serve from 6:30 to 10am every morning. All staff members there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Transportation is also so convenient to call Didi taxi service. Besides, the subway or metro service #4 is located inside the Crossboarder building soon after you come out of the check point. With the subway services one can travel throughout most of popular shopping malls restaurants, brand name shops, spa and wellness, salons, body massage, peticure and manicure shops and much more.

The room is good and comfortable, However staff not good in English but they try to use a translator to communicate and the location is about 450 m from Xixiang Taoyuan Metro station you can use Exit C and walk to the hotel. There are some mini-mart and restaurant near the hotel if you want to find some things to eat for dinner I recommend restaurant opposite the hotel name 味忆当年 a Hunan style restaurant.

Very satisfied with the trip, especially the experience of staying in the hotel can be said to be full marks, the hotel service is excellent. Btw,there is already a Christmas atmosphere in November, which I really like. I remember Jon's excellent service, often seeing her welcoming and warm smile in the lobby, making Christmas not too cold.The hotel has a double parking lot on the ground and underground, and there are many parking spaces, the first choice for self drive travel! The geographical position is superior, the main public transport is very developed, the hotel is about 5 kilometers from the city, but if you drive, it is no problem. I personally live in the hotel has always believed that the new does not live in the old, the hotel is relatively new, so the room facilities are very good, the room space is large, the washstand and the bathroom are separate. The Hampton is opened on 5Dec and we stayed during its first month of operation, hence everything is new. The check in staff Yamie is not so friendly and gave us a lower tier room while an upgrade for our English speaking friend. That was not very nice. Hence we have to speak English to her to get a better treatment later on, a bit of an unfair treatment for being friendly as we purposely spoke mandarin to them initially. A support staff in the front desk called Yude Zhu (not sure if I catch the name right) was much more friendly with a good attitude on the contrary. Breakfast was standard but only until 10am; it was very packed during the weekend with lots of last minute comers fighting for food; a bit of a warzone with lots of Hong Kong people. The hot chicken soup noodle was a nice morning comfort food though. Nonetheless it was a blessing that a male staff with glasses (didn’t manage to recall his name !) was very attentive to offer help when I was arranging a takeaway coffee from the counter. Gym was small but not bad. Laundry room is convenient with 3 sets of washing machines and dryers. Slippers are fur lined and comfy in two colours for two guests to identify for themselves easily. Overall not a bad choice but the hotel is surrounded by a neighbourhood full of old residential buildings which looked a bit rundown; yet a large mall is within walking distance (7min) for easy access.

Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. They also offer free underground parking which Is very convenient.

Facilities: This hotel opened in January this year. Overall, there is nothing to complain about the facilities. It deserves 5-star praise, so you can rest assured. However, the sound insulation in the room may not be very good. Can you hear the snoring of the next door? Or someone else's male snoring in the room you live in? But the impact is not too big. It is intermittent and stops after 5 minutes. I can still sleep. I especially like the bed in the room. It is soft and comfortable, and the quality of the bedding is a bit close to that of Niccolo Hotel. The hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and skin care lotion. Some special products are written next to the TV. You need to ask the front desk/guest room for help, such as baby products, other types of pillows, etc. This is very good and has contributed to the earth's environmental protection resources. The self-service laundry room is on the same floor as the hotel's breakfast and dining. The clothes washed by the washing machine have a faint fragrance, which I like very much. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, and the feeling of dry and wet separation is very good. Hygiene: The sanitation is relatively good, but because I was in a hurry to check in that morning, I could only ask sister pa to help clean the room quickly and simply within 5 minutes, which resulted in a little flaw in the room, but it did not affect the check-in. I was still very happy that sister could quickly clean the room for me, a lazy person, to rest on the bed for a while. The service is very good, praise it. Environment: The environmental design is indeed learning from Hilton five-star hotels. Basically, there are all the necessary ones. There are free drinks + hot water on the first floor of the front desk, and tea bags can be used to make tea, which is very considerate. I personally think that the breakfast variety is delicious. Although the variety is not comparable to that of a five-star hotel, it has the necessary services and deliciousness. I am very happy to be able to stay. The overall design is also elegant, and there is a faint fragrance. Service: The service is very good. I like all the staff of the hotel. If Longhua District is not far from the city center of Shenzhen, it is really perfect. I feel that everyone is working hard to run the hotel and provide services to the hotel's guests. This is indeed enough for a four-star hotel. I wish you a prosperous business. It really makes people feel the atmosphere of family. Once again, I would like to commend Miss Candy and the guy who helped check in on the morning of the 27th😂
