Thank you for upgrading us. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good too there’s a new mall just opposite the road. Plenty of food nearby too.
However, the maintenance of the rooms is not so good. I can see the corners of the bathrooms are mouldy, the rooms smell like damp air too. Especially the hair dryer, the wind is so so weak that I thought it was spoiled. I asked to send me a new one and the cleaner came and then said all of the hair dryer is like this. The strength of the wind, you might as well not provide hair dryer.
I like the location & the service but I would not come back again due to the hair dryer and the room maintenance.

spend two nights at the hotel with my two kids, everything is good. Good location- walkable distance to mall and restaurants , close to railway station.
The breakfast is simple , but good enough for my family. I would stay here again.
Overall, it is nice and tidy. However, the free bottle water provided in the room was used not brand new, which is not acceptable.
The room is spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is fair and food is not hot enough

The hotel itself is pretty nice — clean, fresh, and has all the basics you need. I liked that everything felt well kept. From my room the view of the golf course was great too. That said, there were a couple of small things missing like no bathrobe in the room and no built-in closet, which was a bit inconvenient. Now, about the service... honestly, it was kind of disappointing.
First, I hurt myself while exercising outside and when I got back late at night, I asked the front desk if I could get some ice. The receptionist just said, “We don’t have ice.” When I asked if maybe the kitchen had some, they said the kitchen was already closed. Felt a bit cold and unhelpful. I expect the reception to give some recommendations where to get ice even if they don't have it inside the hotel.
Then during breakfast, I saw other guests with to-go coffee cups and asked for one. The staff said only IHG members could get them. I told them I’m an IHG member, but they said they checked my room and I wasn’t on the list. I had forgotten to mention my membership at check-in, but when I showed them my membership on the app, the staff seemed impatient and just walked away. It was a bit frustrating since the membership is free (and I was just asking for a paper cup) and it’s not a big deal.
Also, the manager was walking around the restaurant while we were having breakfast. We were just a few guests there, and when we passed by, she gave us a pretty hard stare — no smile or even a nod. That was kind of off-putting.
Lastly, housekeeping came into our room around 8 a.m. while we were still sleeping, which was really annoying.
Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, but the service really needs some work. A bit more friendliness and helpfulness would make a big difference.
I was very satisfied with the stay. The hotel is conveniently located and parking is not a problem. The room is spacious, bright and spotless, and the air purifier makes people feel comfortable. In addition, the public laundry room is also very considerate, which adds convenience to the stay. Overall, this is a great stay experience and I highly recommend it to everyone!
I finally found this hotel after trying 3 other others in the Guangming area. This one is newer, and FAR superior to the others in the area. Not only the convenient amenities (great breakfast, laundry, gym, close to places to eat) but the best part were the nice and helpful people that work there. They helped me with my internet issue, getting me taxis when I needed them, some translation issues... They were all helpful, but in particular, a girl named Joy was extemely...(like, beyond the call of duty) helpful to me and my stay there. She is a credit to the hotel and they are lucky to have her. I'll probably be back to China later this year, so I'll be staying again.
The building security office is rude and unfriendly to Taxi / DiDi, the security officer (i.e. old man) enjoys chasing away vehicles who are just picking-up / dropping-off. The old man is better suited working in a prison compound, I sincerely suggest the building management can save more money by rearing a few rottweiler if security is the only priority.
Where is the customer service element? Am I a respected hotel guest or an unwelcomed disturbance?
Due the security officer abusive behavior, I have to carry three huge luggage to the main road to board the Taxi / DiDi.
The driver from the Didi Ride Hailing App even prefers to ”cancel“, and not enter the Hotel Lobby for pick-up and drop-off.
