Excellent staff, especially the young man at front desk, very polite & helpful, and the woman at breakfast room, always hard working & cheerful, single-handedly took care of entire breakfast. Room however is quite rundown, not renovated at all. Stains & holes on chair and wall, noisy & stale smelling air conditioner. Threadbare towels & uneven floor. Hotel was understaffed

Room was clean and comfortable, location was good near Shaibu Metro Station. Good value for money. On the way walking to Shaibu Metro Station from the hotel, there is a delicious Shantou Cheong Fun shop under a big tree perfect for breakfast.
