Very modern brand new spotless clean hotel, 2 mins by walk from Liwan metro station. The room is spacious and comfy. The toilet seat was the Japanese style which was kept warm (personally I don't like as it wastes energy and is not environmentally friendly). Yet it's not perfect in that the wifi did not work and the tv was not user friendly, so at the end I gave up using them. I paid some extra for the breakfast which was not fabulous. It's in a residential area with a small plaza and some eateries around. But no big malls. The price is good given the room is so cozy modern and big.

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Plenty of food places just downstairs to choose from. The location is also not bad given the price. Loved the staff, they were friendly and efficient at their job. Checked me in in less than 5 minutes during the NYE rush. As a frequent traveller in China, this is a big deal since some hotels take ages to check-in passport holders. All in all, a good bang for your buck so I'd highly recommend.👍

I stayed at that hotel a few times already.Hotel is brand new and location is suited for my purposes, most importantly the metro station Liwan is in 2 minutes walking distance.There are many restaurants around the hotel and paking is free for hotel's guests. Hotel has a laundry room , which is very convenient. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. My personal thanks to Annie Liu from reception desk, she is always trying her best to make my stays easy and enjoyable.

I needed a good rest before an early flight and had to cross the border when it opened. The hotel is a short ride from Shenzhen Bay border crossing. It is very clean, and was a very comfortable stay. I will stay here again for sure if I need to do an early flight from HK. Highly recommend it!

Really comfy and clean rooms.... hotel staff was very helpful... Would definitely love to stay here again....also right next to subway. Food delivery gets delivered to your door via robots😂

The hotel is nice, very clean and close to the metro station. Staff on front desk are so good , so caring and very friendly. Really like it. The room is spacious. This is my fourth time stayed in this hotel. Will come back again.

The location is not bad, close to subway, eat and supermarket are nearby, a quiet place to stay. Room is not big as expected, yet modern and comfortable.

The hotel is new and clean. There are quite a lot restaurants nearby and easy to get DiDi.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. As a foreigner traveling in China can be difficult with all the temporary residence registration required by the government . Kitty went over and beyond to help me through all the procedures and get it confirmed. I highly recommend this hotel for foreigners visiting Shenzhen Special thanks to kitty ♥️

Huge room and bathroom. The amenities were all very upscale and the service was great. The front desk was helpful and accommodating even though I was not proficient in Mandarin!
