這是一次美好的旅行，從到達酒店的那一刻起，我們是晚上的動卧到深圳的，到達酒店八點多，行李有多又重，一位小哥立馬主動幫助忙拿行李，暖心;前台的主管馬上給我們安排了房間，雖然離入住時間還早;還有一位經理請我們吃了豐盛的早餐，雖然不在預訂範圍內，後來知道是總經理;特別讓我感動的是杜娟小姐姐，她知道我來入職，寫了暖心的明信片，還準備了小禮物，我在深圳這座陌生的城市有了姐姐，我感動哭了。還有洗衣房的阿姨，每次都把衣服疊得整整齊齊，放在門口，當得知我來深圳工作，送了好多衣架。還有深夜一晚麪，必須要説，不光是好吃，那天我搬家奔波了一天，回到酒店又累又餓，煮麪小哥馬上給我做了麪，我一口氣幹了兩碗。我想，為什麼這個酒店上上下下對客人都這麼親切，觀察下來，是總經理身體力行，每天，他在大堂，在餐廳，關注客人的需求，恰到好處地服務，甚至冒雨為我們喊車。謝謝你們，温暖的陌生人！

為了看5.2演唱會定的酒店，酒店位置很好，不用走很久就到場地了，因為後續要去香港，酒店裡深圳灣口岸也非常的近。酒店大堂環境很好，前台服務也非常棒。房間環境很不錯，有巨幕投影與環繞聲，並且看電影不要錢不用會員！因為連住兩天，中間請求了房間打掃，阿姨打掃很乾凈！後續會上海發現有東西掉在了酒店內，電話詢問了酒店，酒店迴應及時，第二天就送出快點！給酒店點贊！！

酒店位置不在鬧市區，晚上特別安靜。房間樓上休息樓下洗漱，兩人入住也不會影響對方休息，房間設施不錯，很大的電影投屏，裏面的內容都可以免費觀看。這次入住對服務和衞生都很滿意，性價比高，是不錯的選擇。

去騰訊辦事兒，附近的酒店挺多的，選來選去就覺得這家性價比很高。然後入住之後房間出乎意料的乾淨，而且早餐非常豐富！我落了化粧品前台聯繫我寄回了，不像有的酒店，不打電話去問就不主動聯繫。真的超級好的體驗！意料之外的舒適！

酒店環境比較安靜，位置在科技園內，周邊都是大廠，離春繭體育館比較近，我們就是奔着許嵩演唱會去的！
演唱會結束後不用搶着打車，直接散步走回了酒店。
而且酒店在大堂處準備了一些水果和茶水，非常貼心，房間衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務也不錯，整體住的舒適滿意~
