服務：連開兩天開的時候前台也沒人説第二天要在把卡在前台刷下磁，爬上5樓打電話下去才説要刷磁，這種事情不能第一天告知一下嗎，
設施：空調有的，但是沒有遙控器，房間難聞開下通風也開不了
設施：風扇也是壞的，電視也是壞的，颱風也是壞的
環境：環境這樣的價格，要好也不太可能，能理解
衞生：衞生也是馬虎，地方還有人扔的煙頭，廁所味道刺鼻
