The hotel lobby is small, the rooms are small, the location is okay, there is no elevator, I live here purely because of the cheap price, and I don't like it otherwise.

The location of the hotel is in Shekou Old Street, next to the Shekou Market. There is no elevator, and you have to go up the stairs. The room is small, the facilities are average, and the sound insulation of the room is poor. I will not stay again

哭死，老鼠在衞生間隔板上爬了一夜，看樣子是幾衹大老鼠，一晚上衹睡了兩小時，老鼠跑來跑去的，可能下面就是菜市場小吃街，我真的會謝。空調不能開，一開聲音巨大，桌面很臟很臟，他們換床單的時候都不順便抹一下桌面的嗎，很厚的一層灰，桌面東西亂擺，看來他們打掃衹負責拖拖地換換床單。幸好洗完澡過來的，那環境沒法洗，馬桶打開有…毛髮，哪哪都臟，左邊右邊走廊隔音都差，旁邊的人拔一下插頭能聽到聲音，走廊走路能聽到，吹風機在外面，房間有異味，一股窒息感。前台小哥挺好説話，第一間離市場近，很吵，要求換一間，第二間空調壞了，一開就一衹大飛蛾，第三間勉強萬萬沒想到有大老鼠。這不能叫酒店，賓館都比這強。第二晚果斷換酒店，後面換到羅湖中心，也就多了20塊錢，天啊，人家這環境，哪哪都乾淨，放了香包，桌面一塵不染，也就多了20塊錢哪，人家地段還更好呢！！！真的第一次差評，跟老鼠多住一晚絕對第二天要去醫院打吊瓶，老鼠就差順着衞生間排風口爬下來了，惡寒

從來不給差評，這是第一次，環境很差勁，衞生也很差，毛巾都凸路毛了，門鎖也鎖不上，最主要的是頂棚有老鼠來回跑，一晚上沒敢睡覺，找酒店要求退房，退房費，竟然不給退，還説衞生條件沒問題，老鼠在頂棚跑，不是在酒店內部嗎？頂算老鼠要在床上跑才算有老鼠嗎？頂棚不屬於酒店範圍嗎？一個小旅館衞生條件都比你好，你還敢説是酒店，老實退款啥事沒有、非得攜程介入，還不給退；最後還是攜程給解決的，你們哪來的勇氣不給退款呢！必須差評
