房間真的非常臟，地毯上不知道是油還是什麼，滿地都是，枕頭全是黃黃的，洗澡每洗一個人就要等差不多半個小時才有熱水，洗手池直接沒有熱水，吹風機也是壞的，打電話問前台怎麼沒有熱水，叫了人上來看結果衹是説，他也沒辦法，衹能一直放着水等久一點，12點才退房，然而早上9點就有人很大聲敲門説要打掃衞生，我説不用打掃我要退房，結果10點半又來敲門叫打掃衞生，真的是我住酒店這麼多年最臟，體驗感最差的，關鍵它不是最便宜的☹️

酒店旁邊正在基建，整個晚上都在施工，嘈雜的聲音完全不能讓人入睡，和前台人員投訴的回覆是這是工程他們不能幹預，入住時候人員也不提醍會出現通宵施工的情況，並且應該提供不是面向施工地盤的房間。

差評：不怪酒店，就是旁邊有個工地，一牆之隔，晚上十一後還在打混凝土，哄哄的響，其次早上六點半工地就開始敲敲打打了，已經違反了深圳市施工時間段了。

因家裝修，在貝嶺居住了半個月，貝嶺居賓館的工作人員服務態度都很好、很細緻。特別是前台工作人員，幫忙辦理續住、辦理停車票等，還有八樓的保潔阿姨每天都很用心搞衞生。我們衣服多，還借衣架給我們用，讓我們一家都感覺到非常温馨，如家一般感覺，不知不覺半個月一下就過去了。給你們點贊，感謝貝嶺居各位工作人員！（請客服幫忙轉達感謝哈，謝謝）
