環境等其他方面都很好，但是就居住體驗來説，設施方面有所缺陷，不建議選擇特價房，懂得都懂，比較適合對設施設備方面要求不高的居住

今年7月27日凌晨入住愛吧商務賓館8411號房，在洗衣服時，因洗漱台突然坍塌，造成我嚴重受傷，入住深圳市寶安區松崗人民醫院治療，手術花費7k餘元 ， 治療後多次找旅店協商 ，沒有處理結果 。該賓館2011年開業，房間洗漱台質量惡劣。入住時洗漱已有些許鬆動。掉落時本人僅是做簡單的洗衣，沒想到就突然摔落，導致手臂肌腱嚴重受傷。

衹能説很一般的賓館，畢竟價格擺在那裡，自己也是圖便宜才想着住這邊，其他倒是覺得沒什麼，衹有一點比較納悶，第一天我訂的63一晚，結果第二天續住直接漲價到71（同一個房間，非節假日），雖然沒幾塊錢，但是心裏也不太舒服，我我猜測應該是店家知道我們要續住故意抬高的價格吧。
