沒有窗户 衞生垃圾都沒完全整理乾淨 進房間很大氣味
前台服務人員態度也是醉了 😵💫

每次去深圳都住在這，衹能説一般，這次去是住了16天，7月38號跟31號攜程下單，打算住20多天就跟店裡協商20天按每天200元，我一次性轉到微信4000，中途有事16天的時候退房，他們説什麼要多扣我一天200元！我31號下單攜程208元，連下14天也就是2912，現在收我3000哪裡的道理！微信收款就是不給退那幾十元，不差這幾十元，這個店太不講道理了！蟑螂滿屋子好幾衹，隔音特別差，以後再也不會住！

沒有窗户，房間很悶還能聞到煙味。阿姨打掃衞生經常不放紙。連住了四天了也沒給換床單。最後讓我們自己換的床單被罩，第一次自己住酒店還要自己換床單的。服務很敷衍，以前住別的酒店一兩天都會換的。整體性價比不高。

1、酒店中説離水貝珠寶城僅380:米，實際打車都需要2公里以上。2、酒店設施老化，隔音效果很差，非常吵鬧，房間不通風，黴味，下水管道的臭味極重。3、調換房間時商家斬客。

衞生：入住的幾天，就沒有給鋪過床，衹是把垃圾收走
環境：隔音特別差，隔壁屋子洗澡、打呼、説話聲聽的一清二楚
服務：衹給換水，最後看我們就用了一條毛巾，毛巾也不給新的了，紙也不給，上廁所沒紙了都

看評論説隔音差，我已經做好心裏準備的了。但房間所謂的窗口等於沒有，裏面煙味太大，最讓我沒有想到的是枕頭一股臭腳味，把我吐死，被子也一股煙味，以後不會再選擇了，最後整晚無法入睡

酒店位置位於水貝珠寶城附近，走小路的話離水貝地鐵站很近，房間乾淨衞生，一進去有種温馨的感覺，洗手枱帶有化粧鏡，住的舒服，服務熱情。後面有個大商場，裏面吃的玩的都有。
