Somerset Hotels in Shenzhen

This is my second stay here. I booked two suites. The rooms are large, the living room is comfortable, the environment is good, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven. It's great! I really didn't want to check out😀There were some minor incidents when checking in, and there were stains on the room door. Jason, the hotel's front desk supervisor, helped us solve the problem very efficiently with a friendly smile and a good attitude. He even went to our room to check the hygiene of the room. This deserves a higher rating from me than from him.

Extremely spacious and clean apartment. Service was excellent as well as we did not know how to use the aircon and they arranged someone up to the room within 5 mins. Breakfast spread is quite decent but may be boring after 2 days. There is also a good pickup point but the apartment's location can be quite far from some attractions, it took us around 1 hour to get to 老街 and 深圳北站.

We stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment. It’s a bit dated. The air conditioning wasn’t on at the time and asked to be switched on, staff said “not possible as the air conditioning for the whole building is currently not running yet. There was no extraction fan in the bathroom which is odd. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.
