I have stayed at Izukei next door to Kaho several times, but this was my first time. I was able to experience the best of Japanese hospitality. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be guided to the lobby and your luggage will be taken to your room. The inside of the building is so spacious! ! The open atrium is wonderful. It can't be compared to other inns. The pictures on display are also wonderful. I was surprised at how luxurious the room was! Too many amenities for children. The yukatas in the room come in a wide variety of sizes and colors. There are even storage compartments and baskets for small items. There is also a children's yukata, and the obi is too authentic. The fabric of the adult yukata is also very good. The room has plenty of amenities! Children's nap mattress, soft pillows, sewing set Aqua's refrigerator is large. You can see a vast rice field from the window, and there are luxurious-looking chairs that are very comfortable to sit on. There is a baby corner at the entrance to the hot springs and the breakfast area where you can let your baby play. It's great because you can take books and toys back to your room! It helped me a lot. You can also get sweets at the candy corner. The hot springs were the best I've ever been to. The changing rooms are also spacious. There are four types of outdoor baths, including hot water with strong sulfur content, hot water that you can stand up in, and bathing water that you can lie down on. The indoor bath was spacious, and the sauna was a little cooler so it was easy to take a dip. There were shampoo bars such as Botanist, and there was also a baby bath and toys. I was able to relax while looking at the scenery outside. After getting out of the hot spring, you can enjoy an original cold drink bar and all-you-can-drink shrimp miso soup! What a wonderful service! All-you-can-eat sweets and drinks at the lobby lounge! There are about 20 types of Japanese sweets, including 4 types of macaroni, 2 types of daifuku, and warabi mochi, so you'll be happy to know. There was also traditional shaved ice and ice cream. Drinks include apple, orange juice, coffee, and more! It was a wonderful time looking out at the beautiful garden. Dinner is in a private room, so you don't have to worry about your kids making a fuss. The service is also very good. In the morning, there was a buffet and the landlady was working around the tables. It was a truly moving inn that Japan should be proud of.

During my trip to Niigata, I visited with my parents and siblings. I decided on this hotel because my parents visited us a long time ago and heard that it was very nice. This time, I stayed for one night with two meals included (30,000 yen/person, occupancy for 3 people). Overall it was a recommended hotel. <Good points> - The lobby was very spacious and had a great impact.・The room with an open-air bath that was renovated in April 2022 was very stylish and beautiful. From the windows of the salon space, we could enjoy the view of the vast garden. Also, the open-air bath was nice.・The windows were also cleaned well (Ka***a was terrible).・In the lobby, you could drink coffee, tea sweets, and even alcoholic beverages for free in the evening.・The bath was spacious and there were 4 types of hot spring open-air baths, so I was able to enjoy the hot springs.・The changing room had bath towels, face towels, and razors, which was convenient.・Dinner had a large variety of items, all of which were elaborately prepared and delicious. I got the salt-grilled black-throated blackthroat, but personally, I prefer sashimi because it has a thicker flavor.・The breakfast venue was beautiful, and there was a projector projecting trees and other objects onto the walls. (However, my visual sense was still a step up.) ・The breakfast buffet had a large selection of items. There was a corner where you could make your own waffles and pizza, which was interesting. <Disappointing Points> ・It was disappointing that the tatami mats in the dinner room were quite dirty.・At dinner, the beef for shabu-shabu was served from the beginning. I thought I was going to eat it right away, but it took over an hour for the pot to heat up. Because of this, the meat was a bit dry.

I visited to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. From the moment you entered the lobby, you had a luxurious impression and maintained that impression until the end. The rooms are spacious and the views from the windows are amazing! The large public bath is large enough to relax in both the indoor bath and the open-air bath. I was able to have a relaxing time. In particular, I think the abundance of open-air baths is wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were made with local Niigata ingredients and were very satisfying. I don't often stay at luxury inns, but I'm really glad I stayed at Kaho. My family was very satisfied!

I decided to stay here for my husband's birthday and to say thank you for your hard work for the past year. I've stayed at Senkei before, but it was very good, so I'm going to stay here next time. The price is very good, but the service content is substantial, and from the moment I entered the inn, I could feel the heart of hospitality. The inside of the hall is also large and very beautiful. What surprised me most was the welcome drink and sweets in the lobby. Various drinks were served and various sweets were lined up in a buffet style, and when the time zone changed, it changed to alcohol and snacks. Surprise. This time I stayed in a corner room with an open-air bath, and the view and room were great. The meal I was most looking forward to is also full! It wasn't a room meal, but it was a solid private room, so it was full of privacy, and it was good that I didn't hear other customers' voices. Unfortunately, it was raining, but we had a lively conversation while looking at the scenery of the garden. I was very happy with the dessert at the end, and I felt that it was rare to have such a gorgeous dessert at a ryokan like this (the original tiramisu was also delicious). I enjoyed both meat and fish, and the person who brought the food was very friendly and nice. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so exciting. The hot springs also smelled of sulfur, and I thought that I should let it soak into my skin. Of course, the indoor open-air bath is also cold. It was raining and it was very cold, so I needed to be ready to go outside. I'm really thankful to you.

The open-air bath was very nice with the distinctive sulfur smell of Tsukioka. However, comparing Shibata beef and Murakami beef for dinner emphasizes the taste of Shibata beef. "At breakfast, the delicious things* were grilled very carefully and were delicious." Seafood salmon roe was very bad for trout and mackerel, and the boiled food was not delicious. It turned out to be a very disappointing inn. Okami worked hard, but Kaho after Corona was very disappointing. By the way, Mashu was much more delicious.

露天は回廊のようになっていていろいろな湯舟を楽しめます。中のお風呂とともにいろんな湯船をはしごしました。脱衣所も広く、湯上り場は男女共用ですが広く、無料の飲み物もあります。夕食は内容は良いのですがサービスの段取りが今一つがもったいなかったです。朝食はビュッフェでしたが素晴らしかったです。会場が大きいからなのかもしれませんが、あまり混雑してなくいろいろなものをいただくことができました。おいしかったです。

施設は充実しているが、大箱旅館にありがちな雑な対応。かけもちで人手不足なのか夕食で酒を頼んでもなかなか来ない。料理は確かに食べきれないほどだが、値段も相当高い。食後記念写真の撮影をお願いしても忙しいと断られる。部屋は綺麗で風呂もいいか この値段でかつこのご時世で朝飯がバイキングとはお粗末だ。相変わらずビールを注文してもなかなかこない。少しは加賀屋を見習ったらどうだ。当然朝のお見送りもあるわけもない。もう少し人件費を掛けないといい評価は得られない。朝のロービーでのコーヒーが500円とはびっくり。
