這個温泉小鎮真的很大 綠化也好 衞生也好 服務也好 房間的房型很大也很合理 很貼心的還有小朋友的踩腳凳 很划算500多的湯房 包含早餐兩個人進出水樂園温泉兩次暢玩 小朋友們都玩得很開心

凌晨2點入住的，前台小姑娘那麼晚態度非常好，指路也很清晰。酒店環境也很不錯，對面就是水上樂園，可惜趕路沒時間去玩。但是睡前打開被子裏面竟然有黑色蜷曲的毛！那一刻真的噁心到了，太晚了也不想折騰了，穿着衣服睡了一晚！

見到了有生以來最大的蜘蛛。經歷了晚上燈自動打開2次。床不平，很不舒服。花灑漏水，湯匙温度計不亮。服務倒是不錯。

酒店的各種設施挺新的，温泉的設計也不錯，温泉水世界的各種遊樂設施也算比較全，比較適合家庭親子出遊，在當地算是數一數二的温泉酒店，整合温泉小鎮和酒店在一起。

工作人員服務好，但是在平日入住，下午三點過還沒打掃衞生非常不滿！晚上8點過到湯泉餐廳用餐衹有一個阿姨。收錢煮麪都是她，多來兩個客人忙不贏了，就是煮個粉面也要等半個小時，建議改善。温泉不提供毛巾很不滿意，從沒遇到過泡湯不提供毛巾！

訂的房間是家庭房，結果房間衹有一套浴袍，這個都算了打電話讓前台補，結果去洗澡，發現洗澡間連洗漱用品都沒有，而且安排的房間就挨着隔壁裝修樓棟，整個房間環境，門口到處是灰塵，到陽台玻璃全是臟的，陽台連窗户都不敢開，第一次來， 太差勁了
