It’s been our 2nd time staying here. The overall experience was amazing! Very warm welcome to begin with. Facilities and amenities were as wonderful as 5 years ago. But a small disappointment was that, the service was shockingly a bit cold🤔 when we checked out and left the hotel without farewell

很日式，榻榻米。
沒遇到國人，一半日本人，幾個韓國人。
期待豪華的，別來。要靜的，可來。
安靜的坐着看海整整一天。
基本使用日語。一般的國際旅行者，需要好好適應，到人家做客的心態，是比較合適的，否則會有很多不滿。
海南和英倫的海岸，我也各呆過兩年，但這裏日出和月亮，還是震撼了。幾千元一晚，就為了這日月，中年的我覺得值，十年前的我，會覺得很一般。

服務很好，工作人員都非常的積極熱情有禮貌，到達時碰上大雪沒任何車輛衹好打電話給酒店，酒店立刻派車來接；吃的料理也非常豐富，很好吃；泡湯時可以看到美麗的大海~ 非常棒的體驗

酒店設施條件都非常好，乾淨、衞生，訂的包含和式早、晚餐也非常豐盛，酒店瀕臨海邊，景色迷人，可以喝茶聊聊天，可以泡腳，有專門的吸煙室，室內設施也非常人性，酒店服務到位、熱情周到，略有遺憾是周邊缺乏交通條件，往往需要預約出租車，否則走到火車站、汽車站要2.4公里左右

홋카이도 투어 중 마지막으로 묵게 된 호텔~ 노보리베츠역에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 위치가 좀 애매하기는 하지만 호텔 투숙하는 기간 내내 정말 만족스러웠음. 역에서 숙소까지 송영서비스도 하시는 데 갈때는 시간대가 애매해서 이용하지 못하고 돌아올때는 역까지 차로 배웅해주셨음. 일하시는 직원분들도 정말 다 친절하시고 조식, 디너도 다 만족스러움. 방에서 바로 보이는 바다 풍경은 압권!! 주변인들에게도 강력추천하고 다시 또 가고 싶은 곳😍😍
