恰逢疫情，滯留在酒店五天，總體來説是家非常滿意的國際型酒店，酒店有一日三餐中西餐供應，飯菜吃的出廚師很專業，燒川菜和南方菜也得心應手，價格實惠，後面還有個菜園，種有各種蔬菜和果樹。房間面積夠大，打掃也很及時，裝修雖然有點老了，但是維護的都不錯，停車場很大，總之很滿意，下次來喀什還住這

疏附酒店不多，我找酒店時幾乎把為數不多的幾家都看了個遍，結果這家最滿意。雖然不在主城區，但酒店有免費早餐，有午晚點餐，所以吃飯不愁。停車場足夠寬大。晚上睡覺安靜。前台小妹漂亮熱情，服務周到。房間寬敞，設施齊備，衞生良好。總之是一次滿意的居住。我提幾點小意見：1、面盆龍頭放熱水響聲厲害。2、床墊有點硬。3、頭晚我們在餐廳點了一份涼粉、一份涼拌牛肉，第二天我和老伴兩個人都拉肚子。上面2、3點不算意見——床墊軟硬有個人偏好，拉肚子也可能是自己腸胃不好，衹是提出來大家共同注意。下次到疏附，還住這家酒店。

簡直太糟糕！晚上十一點半到酒店，前台確認訂單後告訴我沒房！前台完全不懂業務。入口處有大約七八個漢族人排隊等待做核酸，前廳經理過去用民族語言不知道説了什麼，他們説可以用普通話溝通，結果前廳經理用漢語説我不會！真會推卸責任！終於到房間後發現房間內的鎖是壞的不能反鎖，裏面燈不亮，沒有熱水，給前台打電話發現電話是個擺設！用手機撥通前台電話溝通維修後，答應了卻一晚上沒有人去房間維修！隔音極差！房間地毯像幾年沒洗過！床頭連插座都沒有卻擺了幾個枱燈！奉勸大家千萬不要踩坑！

預訂好的酒店，結果半夜兩點去給我説麼有了，訂完了，胡攪蠻纏藉口一大堆，把我訂的酒店給別人了，怕我們不去了，我們付了錢的，大半夜的，不想辦法解決問題，藉口不少，各種推脱，最後我態度強硬，騰出來一間房子，結果到處是頭髮，大早上的七點多就裡麪開始吵，覺都睡不好，個人不推薦去，
