Phi Phi Islands Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Good afternoon, overall the hotel is standard, not good and not bad, you can stay for a couple of days, but I would not live here for a long time! The location is convenient if you want peace and quiet, the main restaurants and places of attraction are about 15 minutes walk away, which by island standards can be considered long, the beach is normal, but you can swim in a small pen 40 by 40, which is not very comfortable! Otherwise, it will do, we booked for 1 night just to stay for the duration of the trip to Phi Phi from Phuket!

I recently stayed at The Hotel and it was a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation. Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand. Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going. Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily. Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort. Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️

The check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

In general, I liked the hotel. The service and reception left a positive impression. We read the comments and roughly knew what awaited us. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. The hotel staff was friendly. The location of the hotel, the sea view, the bungalows and the area itself were unusual and conducive to a romantic mood while on Phi Phi Island. Thank you. When I booked, I was a little worried because there were no reviews. Fortunately, I have stayed in a hotel of the same brand before. I hope my review can help you. First of all, to get to the hotel, you need to arrive at Tonsai Pier and take a long-tail boat for about 20 minutes. You can write an email to the hotel in advance and they will pick you up, but this also needs to be charged, about 500 baht per person, and the time is fixed. It is better to charter a boat if there are many people. There were 8 of us and it cost 1,800 baht. The boatman we met on the return trip was very good and only cost 1,400 baht. The location of this hotel has a problem of high tide and low tide. When the tide is low, there is no water next to the hotel, and you have to carry your luggage up by yourself. When the tide is high, the long-tail boat will directly approach the shore. To enter and exit Tonsai Pier, you can only take a boat, and the hotel restaurant is more expensive, a hamburger is about 100 yuan. For meals, I recommend everyone to go to the small village behind the Sai Hotel next to it. You also need to wade through the water when the tide is high, and you can walk through the mud when the tide is low, as shown in the picture. The first restaurant on the right at the first intersection in the village has several female chefs. I think it is delicious and I ate there twice. I don’t know the name very well. It’s a long way, but when you reach the lobby, it’s worth it.
