1. A hotel with hot springs
2. It is located at the starting point of the town's commercial center, very convenient, and is 30 meters away from the bus stop
3. The front desk speaks very good English and will introduce the rooms and hot spring facilities in detail. You don't have to worry about any questions. By the way, the doorman is very handsome!
4. The hotel has public hot springs and private hot springs. Private hot springs are charged separately. You can make an appointment at the time you want when checking in. Generally, you can make an appointment. You can go in with your family (it is relatively small and it will be crowded with more than two people). The public hot spring is also very good. Men and women can talk. They all go in naked, and you don't need to bring a swimsuit.

It is worth a visit to a place, the environment is birds and flowers, there are many places to hang out, very like the big colleges in Europe, there is a big greenhouse, there are many tulips, maybe not yet officially too many people, very relaxed.

Outstanding
SSerenAn exceptional stay! The front desk service exceeded expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. The staff were consistently friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The onsen was spotless and relaxing, and the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!
RRila_seestheworldRoom was HUGE and so new! View was wonderful and location so good too. Minutes from shopping and eateries. Highly recommended for families and anyone needing huge space. Price was so much more affordable too, considering hotels in Osaka will probably be double or more for a room so big.
AAriel Kenneth AmpolThe basics done right. This is what Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sannomiya does well. It's a fantastic location less than 5 minutes away from Sannomiya Station, which is the heart of transportation in Kobe. The facilities are basic, but done really well. The beds are comfy and the water is indeed soft. I enjoyed my stay.
SStan ZhThere was a small dry blood stain and a hair on the pillow when we first went into our room. The hotel is dated but the service was great. Breakfast was good also.
GGuest UserThe overall price-performance ratio is very unreasonable. The room is large but not practical. There are almost no toiletries. The towels are old and few. The bathroom and the space for clothes are very cold. There is no floor heating. There are no humanized items. It is the worst hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in.
The service is rigid. After checking in, they never showed up again. You have to pay for everything. You have to buy water and coffee yourself. Fortunately, there is a very good cafe downstairs. The attitude is also quite good. When they saw us before closing, they opened the door and made two cups of coffee for us.
The whole hotel is OK only for the decorations at the entrance. The rest are very ordinary. The public space waiting for the hot spring is super cold. There is no floor heating and no air conditioning. The hot spring pool is also very simple, like a public bath, without any beauty.
I will not go there again

Uuncle John 1974Honestly front desk lady who checked us in was not welcoming, rather rude. Misunderstanding happened shortly due to carpark issues. She came to rectify the issue and I apologise and thank her. Overall. Good service
FfeeencielA traditional Japanese hot spring hotel with gold and silver baths.
I personally feel that the gold bath is really good for the skin.
The hotel has thoughtful service, you can have dinner in the room, and the hotel will confirm whether there are any dietary allergies in advance.
The location is also good, you can go around the hotel, the steamed buns and beef patties sold in the small street are delicious. The hotel has a special car to pick up, and I will come to the gold bath next time!

EEmily_journeyGreat location and worth for value, spacious room for a solo traveller
10 mins walking to Sannomiya center and metro station
Easy to connect anywhere in Kobe and to Osaka
Nice facilities and fully provided amenities & toiletary. Highly recommended.
DDengpaowawaBooked a Japanese-style room, the experience was great.
The hotel has a car to the bus stop street, and I waited for about ten minutes after making a phone call~
The hotel is very suitable for recuperation. Many Japanese elderly people come here to relax and take a bath, so the elderly-friendly facilities are sufficient, and the details are admirable.
The dinner is a bit simple, the process is rich but not full.
It is very considerate and surprising that there is a dandan noodle supper after taking a bath!
The breakfast buffet is very rich
The price management of Arima Town is very good. The special foods sold in the hotel are all the same price in the town, and you can buy souvenirs directly. Carbonated biscuits and hand cream are a must!

KkarekarekareBook a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat.
The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available.
Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.
