Of the pluses: convenient location in the heart of the city, more or less pleasant and clean rooms, the room has almost everything for the convenience of the guest, breakfast for choice (but I don't go on them because I don't like breakfast). Of the weight downsides: Wild hearing in rooms, just a little bit! If someone drops a scratch on the other end of the corridor, you will hear it very clearly. The hotel does not look very carefully at the staff's behavior, so they behave like a resort here. It has been seen since the first trip.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The front desk speaks very good English and a little bit of Chinese, and even remembers me. Due to the lost iPad on the plane, the front desk was very understanding of my nervousness and was always helping me to try to solve the problem.

Once again I was in Shymkent and I booked at the usual hotel. I tried several in this city but this is the one that makes me feel more comfortable. Hotel is nice, close to city center (walking distance) and at the same time aside enough to be silent during the night. Beds are quite comfortable: this time I found a spring matrass which seemed to be new, and it was nice to sleep there. Breakfast is various, not a huge choice, but everything is tasty (for Europeans, a little bit different from usual taste) and rather various from day to day. Big plus is the underground swimming pool and sauna, as well as the gym, and personally I love their bath tubs... Definitely, I will stop there again and again
