The front desk staff were very welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and it was clean and comfortable.

The overall facilities are decent, but the soundproofing and service are very poor! 1) The room's soundproofing is terrible; you can clearly hear the opening and closing of doors in the adjacent room. 2) Furthermore, the after-sales service is unacceptable. I accidentally left an item behind and asked staff to mail it back, but they directly demanded a screenshot of a positive review. This behavior is very off-putting. If it's beyond their job scope, they could have simply refused. Even more baffling is that this staff member then posted negative content on their personal WeChat account (which is customer-facing). The overall service experience was very bad.

The room was quite spacious and clean. It has an underground parking lot, and the hotel's location is excellent with a beautiful lake view. The breakfast was plentiful, making it suitable for families traveling with children.

The environment is nice, with Central Park right across the street. It would be great to take a walk and enjoy the breeze in the hot summer evenings. The hotel pool also looks very clean.

This is probably the best hotel in Sixian County. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. You can see the Central Park across the street from the window, and the scenery is very beautiful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and tidy, and the cleaning is very thorough. There are many places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby. There is ample parking, and the transportation is convenient. The staff are proactive and friendly. The buffet breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel around this time last year and had a good experience, so I checked in again this year when I passed through. It was just as good. I'll be passing through again next year and will stay here again; hopefully, it will be just as good.
