來到江蘇家庭旅行 對洪澤湖比較感興趣 看到濕地公園的微信公眾號裏有提到這個金水酒店 就打電話詢問了。前台的小姐姐的服務非常好 （個子比較高）房間衞生好 設施齊全 已經推薦給朋友。酒店位於景區內 贈送門票以及早餐。

環境一流（見附圖），床上用品很好，遊客不多，這個季節不冷不熱，空氣清新感覺有甜甜的味道。酒店服務人員極好，最後一天就剩我們一家，早餐為我們準備了餛飩和煎蛋，太多了不好意思浪費吃了個肚歪😁

房間不錯，環境很美。可惜服務跟不上，一方面沒有配套的餐飲店，就餐不方便，早飯也很簡單；另一方面服務意識有待提升，舉個例子：車輛不讓進大門，要停在外面停車場，好不容易拖着行李走到酒店，前台説可以打電話給我們去接呀，可是大部分顧客都是第一次來，誰知道呢？然後第二天退房時，問是否可以把我們送到停車場？前台説就一點點遠，你們步行過去很快的。（入住前後的態度變化讓人無語）

工作人員服務態度還是很好的，但是酒店設施很一般，房間冰箱都沒有，床品差不多是招待所水平；衞生條件不太好，塑料拖鞋上都是黑斑，總體居住體驗感不高。雖然價格不貴，但是完全可以加點價格，把品質層次提高。所幸的是，清晨從房間向窗外看去，水池中秋季裏逐漸枯萎的睡蓮，歷經一夜居然悄然盛開了幾朵。

房間超大，水上別墅套房有兩室一廳三衞，房間裝修挺新的，衞生也不錯。入住的時候看到荷花已經開敗了還感歎時間有點不對，結果第二天早起看到水中的睡蓮都開放了！原來一天中的風景也是不同的。
房間和環境5分，但配套餐飲連3分也沒有。早餐很簡陋，10元的標準吧。特別奇葩的是雲水軒的餐廳，這麼熱的天不開燈也不開空調，大概衹喜歡接團客，普通散客都不願接待。中午和晚上滿頭大汗吃了兩次，菜的價格也挺貴的。無法理解老闆的經營思路。

酒店空氣相當好，在洪澤湖濕地公園內，可以一天不限次數進公園，公園裡還可以開電動車，裏面有各種景點，如鹿苑，孔雀園，天鵝湖等景點，在公園深吸一口氣，感覺心曠神怡。房間裝修過了，非常乾淨，有智能馬桶和大露台，性價比高。房間就在荷花池上，還可以在荷花池釣魚。這裏缺點就是吃飯不方便，要開車出去好遠，酒店雲水軒餐廳不太好吃。

天公不作美，也沒有選擇最佳季節入住，錯過了很多美景，景區很值得，很適合放鬆，沒有目的地溜達一圈，大口呼吸新鮮空氣，必須再來

非常好的酒店，如同住在荷花中，房間很大，在房間就可以欣賞到荷花。炎炎夏日坐在窗前一邊喝茶一邊觀賞着荷花，聽聽音樂。真實一種享受。由於酒店在景區裏面，吃飯在景區裏餐廳人少飯堂的蚊子多衹能選擇做好送到房間。不過開車到附近的鎮上選擇一個本地人開的小餐館就餐非常好👍。經濟實惠，味道很好。我把店名發在照片裏

1、酒店就在濕地公園內，環境很好，房間是造在池塘上的，周圍都是荷花，非常不錯。
2、説是有檢查什麼的，車子不讓進入，衹能拖着行李箱，不是太方便。
3、房間入住後，發現沒有捲筒紙，晚上去了前台，人都沒有了，估計是下班了，這個讓人很尷尬。
4、要嚴重投訴裏面那家叫“雲水軒”的餐廳，我們傍晚6點過去，老闆説當天有其他公司包場搞團建，建議我們7點再來，保證團建結束有座位給我們，我們點了菜並留了電話，他説等有桌子空出來後，馬上就打電話給我們。結果我們等到晚上8點，還沒有電話，我們直接就去餐廳，結果發現人家團建早就結束了，老闆竟然把我們給忘了，而且告訴我們之前點的菜也沒有了，説是他們有什麼就給我們吃什麼。當時天已經很黑了，再開車出去找吃的已經不太合適，我們進退兩難。真的非常氣憤，老闆從頭到尾一句道歉的話都沒有，我們乾脆晚上就直接回房間吃自帶的乾糧混一頓算了。真的要嚴重投訴這家餐廳的老闆，如果當天沒有能力再接待散客的話，就早説，當時我們還可以選擇開車出去吃飯，這又想把生意留住，結果自己又忘了，這算什麼？
