Good service, clean room, nice location but you have to prepare for a loud noise from garage truck around 00.00-2.00 am in the morning other than that everything’s good! recommend!

A clean hotel, however, there are quite a few flaws. The shower is at the door, and the toilet is in the corner, which makes no sense. The floor will be wet if you want to go and use the toilet after showers. The soundproofing is very terrible. Being situated beside restaurants and only 5 stories high, it is hard to get to get a good night's sleep as you can hear everything that is going on the outside. Although it is close to the train station, i will not recommend it.

The hotel location is very convenient, located within Chinatown so easy to get foods, MRT, shopping centres and Tourist attractions . Only around 10mins Walking distance to Maxwell and Lau Pa Sat hawker place, restaurants along the street, so you’ll never get hungry here. Sometimes abit noisy from outside, may not suitable for light sleepers. The room is very small however it’s very clean, modern furniture and comfy bed. i will definitely come back and recommend to family/ friends.

Convenient location for food and shopping. Everything is just downstairs.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Chinatown, just a short 100-meter walk from Chinatown MRT Station, Exit E. The cleanliness was decent, however, the room was incredibly tiny, probably only around 8 square meters in total. The washbasin was even right next to the pillow.

Coll place. Heritage hotel. Soundproof needs to be improved

Firstly, for the hotel being located in the downtown, the transportation is super convenient. The service and amenities are good. If I was asked one thing that I am not so satisfied with, that would be the rooms not soundproofing. Overall, such a great place to stay in Singapore.

Excellent value ~ rooms are cozy and best suited for a small suitcase (which fits neatly under the bed) staff here are absolutely wonderful :  so nice, polite, and helpful. Great location easy to find 😁

we stayed in an 'executive queen room' for 2 nights. the room itself is very small, and if we had a longer stay it would've been quite difficult for our luggage/unpacking considering the limited space inside. it retrospect, we wished we had spent a little bit more money on a slightly more spacious hotel. after reading other reviews about noise from street-level, we requested a windowless room which did help, however as some other reviews stated the sound insulation between rooms was not great - we could hear snoring from one of the neighbouring rooms one evening, which we had to put our AC on high to help offset. the bathroom is also a wetroom, so be prepared for this. on a more positive note the location of the hotel is great, very close to Chinatown and the metro station. no problems with the service. checkout time is 11am, but they let you keep the bags at reception after checking out

Good hotel with great location. Small room but contain everything you need. Great bed

Nice room for one night stay without windows. Very quiet and or might was undisturbed. The room was really hot when we first entered but cooled quickly once the Aircon had power from the card. Close to all the hawker centers for food and great shopping malls. 20 mins walk to the Merlion too. Very accessible to the the Chinatown D19 MRT station.

Room was clean. Very easy check in. Aircon cold which is great. Room a bit small, but I guess that’s why it’s a boutique hotel. Downside is toilet is wet each time someone showers. Also need to install more hooks for clothes.
