Amazing stay at the Pan pacific hotel. The service staff are attentive and friendly.
It would be great if they could provide external delivery items to room.
The room is small in size but comfy. However, the water temperature was varying during the shower. Hopefully the team can look into this.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every interaction with the team—from the front desk to housekeeping—was pleasant and thoughtful.
One of the standout highlights was the breakfast. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially loved the live cooking stations and the quality of ingredients used. Whether you’re a fan of Asian cuisine or prefer a Western-style breakfast, there’s something to satisfy every palate.
The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with stunning views of the city skyline. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Singapore!

Love this hotel, this was our second stay here, again amazing! Staff are great, prompt - concierge is there to help when you need assistance in getting around Singapore, the hotel also kindly book taxis for you if need be. Very clean - the loft room we had was on the 23rd floor, it had a small balcony overlooking a city view, spacious rooms and cool 2nd floor area within the room.

Excellent overall experience, service call taken a little bit long to get through. Very clean swimming pool, lift waiting time bit long , I will definitely book this place again, and highly recommended to anyone. Easy access to shopping precincts
