Hotel is spacious and clean. We managed to get a free upgrade upon checking in when there are no double beds available on a Saturday afternoon. We managed to get a quiet room in the corner. Here to celebrate my birthday, but have to call a few times before our call gets answered. The complimentary cake was sent up upon our second call after 30 mins of wait. Perhaps it’s a weekend & the staff were busy. To be fair, the time allocated to send the cake was 5-7pm but we were too hungry and went out to explore and came back at about 7.35pm. As we booked our stay via Trip, check out was hassle free. Location wise, it is really convenient as it is just opposite Chjmes and Raffles City and in between Bras Basar stations and City Hall Station. All within 5 mins walking distance. It’s a nice hotel to unwind and relax as the beds were comfy with ample pillows. I was well rested.

Have a very bad experience at the hotel Front desk when check in . Front desk staff request physical IC to be show for Singaporean who want to check in . Which I don’t bring IC out as now Singpass is very convenient for us in local . They don’t allow me to just showing them Singpass IC . Which cause a lot of delay for my staycation . Very bad front desk service . The room is big and clean and breakfast is good.

Nice and pleasant stay. Clean and well maintained room. Everything went well. Near most of the malls but away from the 'busy' streets. A covered walkway will be a good consideration from hotel to the nearest mall. Else, all is well.

A good and strategic hotel that provides rooms with 3 beds. Clean, small room for 3 people, busy hotel. Around the hotel area there are several delicious restaurants, one of which is Hainan Chicken. walking a little from the hotel there is an MRT station and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The Bugis area can also be reached by walking around 20 minutes from the hotel.

It is a very old hotel and they didn't upgrade their amenities. The room was big but the toilet sucks and has a sewerage smell. The biggest put off was, the 4th level is rented out to a childcare centre and the hotel pool was used for swimming lessons for the kids! The pool being so small already was filled with 2 groups of kids so what is left for the hotel guests? Me and my kid left the pool after 15mins. Boy was I glad it was only a 1 night's stay! With $60 difference, I would have booked the other hotel 100m away with an infinity pool!

The location: very close to MRT Bencoolen, close to many minimarts, safe area not too busy not too quiet, Toast box is just opposite the hotel, in a walking distance for Fort canning and Singapore National Museum, I love the location! The hotel: very new, The A.C. is not clean enough but acceptable, the daily cleaning is not provided only every 3 days, in the toilet has shampoo, body wash, conditioner, Body towel and toilet paper. You can ask for shaver kit, tooth brush&tooth paste, slipper from the reception, has glasses and cups with water dispenser, The plug is universal socket. It has hair dryer in the room. I booked King room. I think it is nice for Singapore. The Hotel atmosphere is safe, it has hotel co-space for Coffee and tea, workspace. I didn’t try other facilities but seems so cool! The security is good, need to use the keycard to access Hotel area. On ground floor has cafe and bar. Not loud, very demure customers. My family feel impressed with the hotel and we might come back to stay again!

Positives: The pool was quite big, and the jacuzzi was nice. The location was also quite good as the hotel is a short walk to the Singapore River (the view at night is amazing, and there are a lot of expensive eating options). The breakfast was really yummy 😋 The room was also quite nice, and the television was a bit blurry but had a lot of channels :) Negatives: the room bath area had a nest of insects. The service was also very slow, I had to remind them 3 times to set up the sofa bed. They also accidentally gave a guest my room card, so the guest suddenly entered my room :(

This year I compared two properties for my business trip then I chose the right one. At first, it's because of the location and budget, second is the water filter and the hotel's decoration. Daily Minibar benefits are the best. On the arrival date, we checked in with the Front Manager ”Shawn” which was a super service mind but not only him, the lady who works at the concierge was also super friendly and other staff too. For me, I'm satisfied during my stay. And give the plus score for the Minibar, which is less sugar so I took it all to the event as I need the energy... The breakfast is not too much variety but it's enough.

We were upgraded to a suite for no reason whatsoever other than Cedric at check in was an absolute gem🤩. My daughter and I absolutely loved the room with every amenity one could need plus some. We each had our own room with large screen televisions. We each had our own sink/mirror to get ready at as well a vanity/walk in closet area. As 2 traveling women this was truly a luxury. Our view of the winter wonderland/ gardens by the bay was unbeatable as was the view of the harbor filled with ships. We had a small stocked bar as well as a tea cupboard with a porcelain tea set. Prices for in room amenities - such as the alcohol, tea and array of snacks was no more expensive than purchasing at a store surprisingly. Our stay and experience, we felt, was far worth the expense!
