There is no AC in this hotel The only turn it on if the outside is over 30 Celsius which is about 85 fahrenheit You can't sleep in this hotel!

As a frequent traveler, I feel compelled to share my current experience at Porto Carras Hotel, which regrettably fails to meet even the most basic expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a courteous but overwhelmed front desk staff, a sign of the evident understaffing plaguing the entire establishment. This led to frustratingly long wait times and an inability to address guest concerns effectively. The accommodations themselves left much to be desired. The beds were uncomfortably hard, reminiscent of sleeping on marble slabs, and the outdated decor did little to improve the ambiance. Adding insult to injury, the management's decision to cut corners became painfully evident when they refused to turn on the air conditioning. To compound matters, the hotel's website advertised our room as having two restrooms, yet upon arrival, this magically disappeared, leaving our family with inadequate accommodations. Don’t advertise something that cannot be delivered. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of management presence and their dismissive attitude towards guest complaints. It's clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority at Porto Carras Hotel. In conclusion, my stay at Porto Carras Hotel is a regrettable experience that I would not wish upon any fellow traveler. Until significant improvements are made in staffing, accommodations, and management attitude, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. I would’ve stayed home if I knew this place was operated by a group of incompetent management who are too afraid to deal with their customers and leave their lower level staff dealing with all issues.unfair and indicative of very bad management and attitude to employees staff and guests. The tour operator is great but unfortunately the hotel is not living up to their part of the deal. The manager cannot show up or be present when 1,000 guests arrive says all you need to know. Booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents and enjoyed a lot our stay! The rooms are big, clean and equipped with everything needed. Enormous beach, which fits all hotel guests and very polite and super available personnel. Since we were eating at the hotels restaurant every day (Athos), we got to know the staff who was always super gentle and serving us fast and with a smile on their face. A big thanks to Anna for her politeness and availability. Moreover, also the food was great both in terms of quality and variety. Highly recommend this hotel and will go back again !

I had the privilege of coorganizing a political event at this hotel and want to express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Rafaela Kanaridi, the MICE Coordinator, and Mr. Stavris Manasidis, the Maître d'hôtel. Lovely hotel, perfect for families, very accommodating staff. I arrived a little nervous having read previous reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. The building and surround area is grand with lovely secluded beaches a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and obviously work long hours as there from the morning until the evening. The pools are very cold so must be refreshing in the peak heat of the summer. The private beach was perfect for swimming in the clear sea. We went all inclusive we was great. All alcohol other than wine is branded, with a large selection of cocktails available. We dined at the beach restaurant/cafe which was nice but the portions are huge and felt overwhelmed by what we ordered (despite being warned by the waiting staff). There are semi domesticated dogs that roam the outside area that hang about, I’m sure looking for scraps and for people to pet them. I am not an animal person but felt more relaxed with them than I would normally. We went right at the end of October and so end of the season. Although this was a bonus for us as was less busy, there were clear signs of everything being packed up for the winter with bars shutting towards the end of our stay etc. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was luxurious. Bottle of water refreshed every day, chocolates by the bed, fruit platter on arrival, red wine on arrival,local olive oil mid week, room cleaned daily, towels changed at least daily (even before we had used them int he morning!). All in all a very lovely holiday.

Beautiful resort. I traveled with my husband. Stayed in a Deluxe Suite, top (6th) floor with beach view and stunning sunsets every night. The room was modern, spacious, well equipped and spotless. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by other guests . 70% of other guests were families with children under the age of 5. Screaming children everywhere -- in the elevators, in the restaurants and by the pool. They were not enjoying themselves. The beachside washrooms were disgusting. Signs that said "do not flush paper " gave people the green light to pee on toilet seats and leave a stack of wet toilet paper all over the floor of the stall, or on top of the trash can instead of inside it. There is a problem when you have used a public restroom and want to burn your shoes after you leave. Our favorite place to eat was the outdoor restaurant by the marina. The staff were awesome, food was great and no screaming children. We ate there most evenings. Loved looking at the yachts. The beachside restaurant was also nice. Good menu, good food. Not noisy. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was busy and loud. Nice selection of food. Hot foods were not hot. The scrambled eggs, obviously made from egg powder, tasted like fish. Screaming children everywhere. Beautiful place but we will not be returning.

We stayed in room 1153 which had an exceptional view to the pool and beach. All the staff were polite and attentive and had time to chat which is a bonus when travelling in late Oct. The food was so good and the choice was amazing. Its a 20 min Walk to Neas Marmaris along the beach and there were still plenty of shops to try & buy local products. The drinks available in the all inclusive were mainly branded drinks and the measures keep you topped up. We paid a visit to Port Carras Vineyard to taste the excellent wines on offer. Again the staff had plenty of time to chat with us, and yes we did get a little merry. Transport was free from the hotel and well worth it. Tye bowling alley was also a great way to pass and hour or two. In summary we had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone. J. Miller 03/11/23

Had a great experience at this hotel. Only thing i found negative was the high volume in the dining room. Its tolerable but it did cause me too feel quite stressed I have to say. Better feet on the chairs would make an improvement.
