We were there for five days and enjoy every minute of it. The staff was amazing, always there to help us out. Can’t say enough about this place, awesome!

We wer ehoping there would be a fridge in the room. TV channel selection seemed pretty limited. We were on the second floor with couple kids, we were hoping the receptionist would provide us a lower level room as it would be easier with having to catry kids and strollers up and down the stairs all the time.

It was clean and close to restaurants. The food at the motel was good, but extremely expensive.

hotel lacks amenities one would expect at this price. staff was great. Skagway itself is extremely crowded with tourists being herded around like zombies and extremely noisy with constant Disneyesque trains sounding whistles and ships blaring horns as well as landslide repairs being conducted at all hours. History of Skagway is lost amid all the shops hocking overpriced trinkets. The land was abused over a century ago due to the greed of prospectors and history is repeating itself

Tiny, old rooms. Skagway is a tourist trap, with a limited number of hotels. You pay through the nose, because of lack of choices.

Comfortable Rooms. But they still use the Old Metal Keys, the wifi does not work in your rooms (u have to go into the lobby to use it), the TV's don't come in clear (can hear everything just fine, but all my years staying at this hotel ever being able to see anything on the screen). They don't have regular cleaning service, u have to Request to have your room cleaned. Then you have a 10am Check Out time, which feels weird and early. No breakfast brunch option yet, sounds like it starts this week. But when we went to it last year at 7am, half of the food we got was cold, which makes No Sense at all. Also they don't offer any type of Refrigerators for your rooms. So you are basically paying for a bed and bathroom, which are both good, it reminds me of renting a room from the 90's but at 2024 Prices

We were very happy with our stay, staff was extremely helpful. We had breakfast there twice, highly recommended. We would definitely stay again.
