Awful. Looks good from the outside and reception but rooms are shabby. Customer service was terrible we felt ignored because we were British, all the German guests were received and treated to much better service. I have never been anywhere where the mosquitoes were such a problem.

Fantastic hotel. Food is amazing staff are very friendly and most helpful. Hotel is spotless couldn't ask for anything better. This is the fifth time we have visited and will be booking again next year.

Avoid. Not as advertised. Drinks quality is appalling. No atmosphere at all in the hotel. Food is average. Room was advertised as a junior suite sea view but boy it’s so old fashioned and poorly furnished. Staff are ok - just not trained in bar duties. Each cocktail we have tried is vile. Sticking to water or beer. Wish we had chosen another hotel. Still got 4 days to go ……..

What i did not like was the pool is not clean, it has a yellow stucky film around the while pool. And there is a lot of bacteria in the pool. I can tell it has not been cleand for a while.

Pros. Clean. Spacious room. Pretty gardens. Amazing sea view from room on 6th floor. Food is good. The lamb was amazing. Massuese was excellent in the spa. Well worth a visit. Right on the beach but was stony. Free WiFi. Shops include supermarket, jeweller and clothes shop. Pool room. 2 restaurants. Main buffet restaurant and an Italian set meal restaurant on the beach. Lovely food. You are Limited to a few bookings. A few very friendly staff. Antonio was brilliant 👏 Cons. Evening entertainment is in-house apart from one Greek night. This made the evenings boring. Location isn't great, 10 minutes drive to Rethymon. No English guests, mainly German TV only has an English news channel, plenty of German channels. You're only given a small paper cup during the day which holds a quarter of a pint. You keep having to go to top up. Hot food usually included pork but a lot of variety. The hotel has so much more potential for entertainment. Even music in the daytime was tame. Activities very sparce. No beach games. No excursions. There is a place across the road to book excursions.

We have been absolutely delighted by the hotel and its staff. The hotel was very clean and answering all the Covid regulations. The staff was very friendly and committed to make our stay as agreeable as possible. We can only recommend the hotel for a good relaxing time.

Very nice staff, quick cleaning of the tables. Food ok, except the bread: dry. Honors to the pastry chef, though. And to the people in the bar. Biggest two downsides: absolutely impossible to find a single free sunbed, although there was enough lawn space to place out many more. Also: only flimsy thin bed spreads, didnt get a good nights sleep.

Die Ankunft war nicht schön, da wir keinerlei Hilfe bei den Koffern hatten. Leider gab es kein begrüssungsdrink, was ich bei 4 Sterne schon erwarte. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren viel zu klein. Der seitliche Meerblick winzig. Das Wasser der Minibar wurde nur zu Zmmerbeziehung gegeben, aber kein weiteres .Auffüllen, was ich bei Allinklusiv erwarte,obwohl uns geraten wurde das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nur zum Duschen und waschen zu benutzen. Das Essen war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage war schön, nur die Liegen zu hart und zu wenig Sonnenschirme. Der Pool und das Meer sehr sauber. Die Animation war ok. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Minigolfanlage war ein Witz, auch gab es kein Fitnesscenter. Die Getränkeauswahl war gut. Es war ein ruhiges hotel. Da es einen Reiseleiter gab, konnten Ausflüge gut gebucht werden.
