A quaint villa with incredible views . The outdoor pool is set in an amazing location. Breakfast for us Europeans was a bit disappointing ( loads of sweet pastries, even freshly baked cake(!) but hardly any savouries, no plain bread and butter or some fruit at least. However when I commented on this the hostess graciously offered to scramble some eggs for me, which although I declined was really appreciated. The room was huge with an immaculate new bathroom which however had a strange glass "window" into the bedroom, so if travelling with older kids or you simply don't want anyone in your group "viewing you " from the bedroom while showering, do ask for a more conservative ensuite. One of the evenings there was a problem with the water supply and the hosts went to a lot of trouble bringing us buckets of water and complimentary drinking water to make sure we were comfortable . Definitely would visit again if in the area. Very good price for the historical value.

Delightful3 night stay, in this tastefully furnished, lovely b&b. It feels very luxurious and lived in, homely yet worn, could do with some extra loving hands to spruce up some minor aspects. The hosts were kind, helpful people, I felt so at home. I would definitely come back, mainly for the gorgeous pool, the location (super easy to find) and proximity to wonderful places to visit (Villa Lante next door is a must) but also for Eleanora’s cooking - dinner was amazing!

Consiglierei questo posto a chiunque. La disponibilità della padrona di casa, la sig Eleonora, ci ha fatto sentire come se stessimo a casa, accogliente, ampi spazi, cibo eccellente, camere curate nei particolari. Le bimbe hanno potuto usufruire degli enormi spazi esterni molto curati. Insomma sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Struttura bellissima...immersa nel verde....ricca di oggetti di antiquariato...dal sapore di altri tempi. La signora Eleonora è una perfetta padrona di casa...gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente la chiesuola. La nostra famiglia tornerà sicuramente per continuare la conoscenza di questa terra meravigliosa che è la tuscia.

Ho trascorso la Pasqua con i miei amici in questa struttura che definieri magica. Varcato il cancello d'ingresso, si è accolti da un bellissimo giardino che termina su un bosco di querce che si perde a vista d'occhio. Il casale è una struttura di altri tempi con camere accoglienti e ben tenute. La gentilissima sig.ra Eleonora ci ha deliziato con il suo pranzo Pasquale, le taglietelle hand made e i carciofi fritti sono stati veramente deliziosi.... Tutta la vacanza nel Viterbese è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho dormito con amici in questa magica struttura. Camera grande luminosa e pulita. La sera abbiamo cenato e la proprietaria , una signora di aspetto gentile ed elegante,ci ha preparato un tavolo davanti al grande camino acceso e ci ha fatto sognare con dei piatti preparati da lei...lo stinco era eccezionale ampia ed ottima scelta di vini. La mattina la colazione con prodotti fatti in casa ottima. Tutto intorno un grande giardino ben curato , la piscina ancora non aperta molto bella. Lo consiglio vivamente. E' un'oasi di tranqullità, nel verde di un bel giardino. La guest house e le camere arredate con particolare raffinatezza. La padrona di casa, Eleonora, è una persona gentile e colta. Non solo per l'accoglienza squisita, ma anche per i consigli sulle visite nei luoghi vicini. Infine, sa anche cucinare menù particolari, per pranzo e cena. La struttura avrebbe delle potenzialità alte ma solo se fosse ben gestita. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati abbiamo immediatamente notato peli e capelli sparsi nella stanza, in particolare su entrambi i letti e sulle mensole. All’esterno invece, nella zona vicino alla piscina, abbiamo visto che le sedie e i tavolini non erano stati puliti, mentre i cuscini delle panche erano macchiati. Il giorno dopo, durante la colazione, il latte ci è stato servito rancido e le mono porzioni di burro che ci sono state date erano scadute 15 giorni prima. Nel momento in cui dovevamo andarcene abbiamo spiegato qual era stata la nostra esperienza ma tutto ciò che abbiamo detto ci è stato negato rispondendoci che i peli non c’erano e che può capitare che il burro sia scaduto.
