For a double room, there was only one pair of slippers 😢. The toothbrush and toothpaste looked used… There were also many ants on the cabinet—where did they come from? Not recommended. Consider it only if easy access to food is your top priority; if you want a good night’s sleep, avoid this place at all costs! It’s far too bad. The quilt was so dirty I didn’t bother taking photos—I just tossed it in the corner and slept in my coat… 地理位置不错 出门就能吃到很多吃的 对面就是便利店很方便 但是房间实在是差！！！被子都是各种污渍非常脏 铺得时候都不看的吗 根本没办法躺 刚进房间就想走了 房间没有吹风机 后面拿了一个还是坏的 差点触电 双人间居然只放一双拖鞋😢 牙膏牙刷像被人用过的一样… 房间柜子上还有好多蚂蚁 不知道哪来的？ 不建议入住 如果为了吃东西方便可以考虑 想要睡个好觉的就不要考虑这里了！太差了！！被子实在太脏 照片也懒得拍 直接掀倒角落没盖 穿着外套睡觉的。。

If you’re looking for best value for money hotel in BLOK M, this will outperform anyone within the vicinity. It provides the location, convenience & I must say, quiet environment. If you want a full service hotel, this might not serve you well but it will defeat the purpose of you choosing to base your stay in BLOK M anyway if that’s what you look for. Kuliner keren, kopi enak & nongkrong super. I recommend!

the sheets are not the cleanest but the location is really great. some road closure and crowds will cause you to having to walk to the hotel and hopefully your luggage is not too much to carry alone. the receptionist and staff is really helpful. soundproofing is okay though not the best. recommended for short stays.

The coolers. Need mini refrigerators. The spaces not that spacious. Broken AC & leaking. Bathroom door cannot locked but the fixed it afterwards. But overall the staff is friendly & helpful.

However, the service was quite disappointing the staff were not very friendly and rarely smiled. The cleanliness of the room also needs improvement. This business hotel serve your purpose if you want need to go for meetings around Blok M, ASEAN, or nearby area. Within the Blok M Square complex that full of shops, restaurants (local and Japanese ones). Easy access to go to the MRT and other public transportation. The room is a basic one for a business hotel, comfortable bed, and functional facilities.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay after a concert, especially since it's close to the MRT. However, something was odd. The reception staff said they were busy and only smoking rooms were left, which I really dislike due to the smell. This was despite me checking in at 2:15 PM, as originally scheduled. It felt strange that no non-smoking rooms were available. Breakfast was okay, just enough. The food options were fair for the price: fried rice, cap cay, dory fish, porridge, soto, fruit, pudding, bread, etc., and Indomie noodles. The cereal and milk were the best part. If it's an option, I might consider staying here again, but I'd definitely complain if I didn't get the room I requested.
