The area is surrounded by shops, making daily life easy. The Canal Park next to the hotel has beautiful scenery, it's peaceful and a great spot for a walk. The front desk staff are warm, polite, patient, and professional. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was pristine with no strange odors. The cleaning staff were genuinely friendly, thoughtful, and attentive, making a traveler far from home feel a warmth like that of being at home. My sincere thanks to all of you; I'll definitely stay at your hotel again if I have the chance."

"Arrived at Jiaxing South by high-speed train, then took a taxi to the Visitor Center, which took about 30 minutes – very convenient. Check-in was handled at the Visitor Center, and then a shuttle bus took us to the hotel. On the way, the staff actively helped with our luggage and assisted the elderly, which was a very nice touch. We only caught the iron flower performance in the ancient town, but it was definitely worth seeing. Since my elderly parents had difficulty walking, we rented wheelchairs and used the shuttle bus to explore the entire town, which was also very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍 and will definitely come back again."

"The entire park is under unified management, and check-in procedures are centralized at the entrance, which is better than living in Pujin outside the scenic area. If you can’t walk anymore, call a tour bus at any time. The location of the inn is very good. It is quiet in the middle of the city and only a two- to three-minute walk from important attractions. There is a FamilyMart nearby, and shopping is also very convenient. Currently, there are still many facilities that are not fully equipped and there are not many dining options. Having a FamilyMart will be much more convenient. The room is large and clean. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. If you have big luggage, you can only ask the front desk to help carry it upstairs. Breakfast is shared by several inns, and it is very busy during holidays. When it gets colder and I can see the ginkgo trees, I will still stay at this inn, it’s good."

"This time I stayed at Zion Future Smart Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Huafu Yaohan Store) and the experience exceeded expectations! The location is very dominant, close to the Yaohan business district, eating and shopping are particularly convenient, and it is easy to travel by taxi. The room decoration is simple and gentle style, the layout is very comfortable, the space is spacious and not depressed, and the lighting is very good. Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the best in Zhejiang's ancient towns. While the entrance isn't grand, it holds a charming secret within. The hotel boasts an inner courtyard with a covered bridge, and from my window, I could gaze upon a picturesque scene of small bridges, flowing water, and lotus ponds. The intricate eaves, carved windows, stacked tiles, and dark walls perfectly encapsulate the ambiance of a Jiangnan village, especially when strolling through the alleys in a light drizzle. This hotel provided me with the most beautiful ancient town experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The welcome fruit wasn't just a couple of apples and cherry tomatoes; it was a selection of premium fruits. The bedding felt like high-end sateen cotton, though I'm no expert, I could tell it was of excellent quality. There were even multiple pillow options. The room was spotlessly clean, which is a huge plus for me as I'm a bit of a clean freak and have high standards for hygiene – this place passed with flying colors. Breakfast needed to be reserved a day in advance. While the variety wasn't extensive, every dish was exquisite and catered to both Chinese and Western tastes. The personalized butler service was excellent; Grace was available 24/7, ready to assist with any questions I had, both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel's location is right in the middle of Wuzhen's West Scenic Zone (Xizha). Although it's on a street, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 2 days and wow! Wuzhen itself is a beautiful town with picturesque views all around and peaceful serene corners to stop and watch the world go by. Eden Club House is located inside the western scenic area and we had the most amazing room overlooking the water with all the modern comforts, luxury feel whilst maintaining a period charm. It is hard to capture how lovely this hotel it; the photos do not do this place justice. The hotel has a 5 star service and assigned us a butler Xiao Xi who was just so helpful during our stay. Xiao Xi met us in the car park and arranged transportation to take us and our luggage to our room. Everything we could think of was carefully provided by the hotel and every member of staff we interacted with was super friendly, warm and helpful. On our check out day, we left our luggage with reception and spent a peaceful afternoon drinking tea in a pavilion. We headed back to the hotel and transportation was once again arranged to the main car park, with 2 members of staff staying with us and our bags until our taxi driver met us. I would recommend staying here for a touch of luxury and for amazing service!

We booked a two-bedroom courtyard view suite. Since it was my parents' wedding anniversary, I informed our butler Banxia in advance. Upon arrival, we found the room beautifully decorated and a sweet handwritten card – a huge thank you to Banxia! The hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the variety of drinks and fruits in the room was impressive! For dinner, we went to a restaurant recommended by Banxia. She even helped us reserve a prime scenic spot at the restaurant – another big thank you to Banxia! The food there was perfect for our taste, on the lighter side. We had such a wonderful vacation here! If we hadn't already booked our flights and itinerary, we definitely would have stayed another night! When we were leaving the hotel, we realized our child's phone watch was left behind. After telling Banxia, she immediately contacted a colleague to bring it to us at the scenic spot exit – so grateful! Next time we're in Wuzhen, we'll definitely stay here again! Thank you to Banxia and her colleagues for their warm hospitality!

A Wonderful and Peaceful Stay in the Heart of Wuzhen The hotel is located inside the Wuzhen resort, right in the middle of the main walking street, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Despite its central location, the hotel is set within a fairly large compound, and our second-floor room was charming, peaceful and very quiet. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were assigned a personal assistant, Xiaojing (小静), who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We connected with her through WeChat, so we could contact her anytime with questions about the hotel or arrangements within the resort. She took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived until our departure. Breakfast was also excellent, with a choice of three different set menus. We especially loved the fish noodles! The luggage porter service was extremely convenient too—we simply left our luggage with the staff, and it was transported through the resort and delivered directly to our room. Overall, we had a wonderful and highly satisfying stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuzhen. A very special thank you to Xiaojing (小静) for looking after us so well from start to finish!

A fantastic staycation experience. The facilities were impeccable, both in terms of amenities and service. The gym, while compact, was surprisingly well-equipped, and even during peak hours, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant workout. Overall cleanliness was excellent. I noticed a slight stain on a pillow which was promptly replaced. Later, I accidentally spilled a blueberry drink late at night, and the staff were incredibly responsive in cleaning it up – a major plus! The surroundings were breathtaking, brimming with exquisite design. The central courtyard's pond and pavilion exuded a beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetic. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, striking the perfect balance throughout our stay. I would definitely love to visit again!

I wanted to visit Puyuan Ancient Town and Xianghai Zen Temple, so I booked a package deal at the Pujin Hotel. It included a room and two tickets to Puyuan Ancient Town, which was quite a good deal (single tickets are 120 per person). The hotel is just across the road from the town, and the price was also very reasonable. We arrived in the evening and ate at the hotel restaurant; the portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the prices were comparable to outside restaurants. I recommend it. The night view of the town is beautiful. We also went to Xianghai Zen Temple for worship and ate vegetarian food, and had a very relaxing time at the Benran Teahouse. It's perfect for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating; every employee we encountered was kind and enthusiastic. I will definitely visit again.

I have been to the small town of Puyuan many times. Every time I go, I choose Meishang Hotel. The service is as excellent as always. This time I traveled during off-peak hours and it was very quiet. The hotel also added a lot of personalized services, such as experiencing singing bowls and going to the gym. The experience is good. Xiao Yao from the hotel specially picked us up at the door and sent me the guide and weather information in advance. Very thoughtful!

This time for our vacation in Wuzhen, we chose the Alila Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – definitely a five-star review! The hotel's design is truly stunning. The minimalist style of white walls and dark tiles perfectly blends with the charm of the Jiangnan water town. Every step reveals a new beautiful scene, and every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, with a private courtyard and a standalone bathtub. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, making for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was at the Shuishikou Restaurant, with a rich variety of dishes that tasted great. The most delightful part was that the restaurant faces the Egret Wetland Park, so we enjoyed breakfast while watching egrets fly – a truly immersive experience. The hotel also offered a complimentary photo shoot service. The photographer was very professional, and the pictures captured the perfect ambiance. Highly recommended! Kaka was very warm and attentive, following up from check-in to check-out and promptly responding to any needs we had. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Xizha Scenic Area, so transportation was also convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely choose Alila again when we return to Wuzhen!
