From Jiaxing Railway Station, you should take Didi to this hotel though using public transport is still possible. You can find the hailing location easily, and the officers near hailing location are helpful. The hotel itself has spacious rooms, decent facilities, hot water, etc. I visit it when the temperature below 5°C in January. So everything hot is ”mandatory”. If the air condition was too hard to make your room comfortably warm, you can ask for extra heater, portable. The hotel doesn't have elevators, but don't worry, the hotel officer (owner ?) will gladly help you to bring all your luggage up to the first floor. It seem that the rooms opened at floor 1 only (level 2). Sorry my mistake. The location is not faraway from Wuzhen West Gate. Near supermarket (Great Super. Turn left from hotel's door, walk around 200m, right at the intersection), traditional market, food stalls (turn right from hotel's door) etc. I believe you will enjoy to explore.. Lastly, install Amap for navigation, Didi for hailing taxi, Alipay for payment, and everything possible for translation. Of course, buy local sim card. The people are very helpful and nice, if you do that at first to them. That's my personal experience.

the staff is super friendly and helpful. I reached the west gate first and he helped me bring my luggage back to the hotel. At night, he also offered a ride back to the hotel. In the morning, he also helped me when i was leaving. The room is clean and convenient if you want to visit both sides. Highly recommend 🥰 the friendliness is what made the trip so smooth and easy.

If you're looking for a place where the host is incredibly warm-hearted – someone who looks after your every move, worries whether you're hungry, frets if you get caught in the rain or scorched by the sun – then this is the place to come. (I forgot to take some picture about room, but in general, like how it is on the hotel bio) The rooms still retain an old-world charm, perfectly matching the ancient town's beauty, and they're right by the river too. Of course, since it's an old town area, there are bound to be crowds, and a bit of noise from passersby is only to be expected. The car pickup/drop-off service and the Hanfu (traditional Chinese costume) rental are both very good. In short, whatever you need, the host has it – and whatever you're planning to do, it's always a good idea to ask the host first, because you'll always get great suggestions and extra-special care. The owner was incredibly hospitable, and the service was exceptionally attentive. They even provided shuttle service to scenic spots. The room was very comfortable, with fantastic natural light and breathtaking outdoor views.

The hotel is located near the North Gate entrance of Wuzhen, which is a much more beautiful and peaceful entrance compared to the main gate. Since it’s outside the Wuzhen scenic area, it’s also a good option if you want to stroll around the nearby street at night, where there are many shops. The hotel is inexpensive for its quality and the view it offers. This was my favorite hotel of the trip, the staff were very helpful and they even provided a shuttle to the bus station

My stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel. The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily). Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

For this price and location, cannot complain. Was quite content. Great location, rooms clean enough. It’s a family run property in an old town and old building, so please do not expect 5-star service.

We stayed in this hotel to be close to the International Campus. I think it is the best location for visitors, students and parents. The equipment was old and medium, but it was OK for as. The shower, toilet functioned very well. Stuff doesn't speek english, but tries to help and solve your problem quickly, thanks for it. The brekfast started/finished early and was chinesе cuisine and not for as. But I think it will be ok for others. And the price: it was very attractive ant twice chipper then other options around the campus. And during our stay the hotel worked on renovation and I beleave next clients will enjoy they stay in this renovated hotel. Recommended for visitors of the International Campus if you are looking for close location and applicable price.

It's alright, very cost-effective. It's convenient to host visiting friends since it's close to home. The surrounding area is also convenient, with small restaurants and fruit and snack shops nearby, and it's close to Juan Lake.
