Sipping coffee on the lobby terrace feels like a true indulgence. 5. **Comprehensive Facilities:** The hotel is incredibly well-equipped, offering both outdoor and indoor children's playgrounds, an animal viewing area, and a traditional farming culture experience. You can even hike the hills behind the property. 6. **Excellent Mattress:** The mattress is outstanding, with just the right firmness. It's a Musi mattress. Now for the cons: 1. **Bedding Issues:** While the mattress was great, the duvet was a bit too thick and heavy, lacking the lightness and breathability I prefer. I woke up feeling stuffy several times during the night. The pillows also need improvement. Having stayed at many excellent hotels of similar caliber, including Banyan Tree, Hyatt, Atour S, and W, I've noticed that most now offer either memory foam pillows or a combination of a soft and a firm pillow.
