HHafirahThis is my first time staying in a serviced apartment in Batam. We took the junior suite to accomodate 3 adults and a child. There were 2 bedrooms without the ensuite bathroom so there was only 1 common bathroom to share. Rooms also had a decent wardrobe for placing clothes and items. There was a kitchen too if you'd like to cook or whip up a meal. The master bedroom and the living room had TV too. There were also complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the fridge. Gotta love an apartment that has amenities like a hotel would provide. Room service, dining in room were all available for the stay too!
We had breakfast for 2 mornings too and i loved it because there was really a widespread of food, indonesian cuisine and international. The restaurant is shared with Wyndham hotel, service is good and it has great vibes!
We went swimming too on one of the nights and i enjoyed it because there were music playing by the lounge/cafe/restaurant at that level. It was slightly dark at night but it was also kinda romantic. There were steam and sauna rooms available for use in the changing rooms too!
There is also a supermarket and a small cafe located just 5 mins walk away from the building but closes by 10pm. It is convenient if you'd like to get snacks or even buy ingredients for cooking. Location wise is quite a distance from popular places like Nagoya/BCS/Batam Centre. But i'd recommend this place for families with kids!

AAnonymous UserI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

CCheeWH79Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Montigo. The villas are spacious and well kept. Privte pool is clean with water jet nozzles enhancing swimming experience. The highlight would be the scenic seaview. There are sufficient amenities and activities to enjoy like ATV, jet ski and various water sports. There are 5 restaurants to choose for daily meals. The Nasi Ayam Berrmpah I had for dinner at Warung was excellent. Tiiigo is a nice poolside bar to chill and chat the night away. Breakfast was average. I like the freshly made pratas. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Only downside is there no actual beach here. Only a jetty waterfront.

There's a new, large mall that's great for shopping, but you need a taxi to get there as it's in the city center. Next time, I'd suggest staying in the city center.

MMartini15Stayed at Turi Beach Resort and had a very relaxing experience. The resort has a peaceful, laid-back vibe, perfect for a short getaway from Singapore. The beach view is beautiful, and the sound of the waves makes it very calming.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some areas are a bit dated, but everything is well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and assisting whenever needed.
The pool area is nice, and there are water activities available if you want something more active. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and dining by the sea was a lovely experience, especially during sunset.
Overall, Turi Beach Resort is a great choice if you’re looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. I would recommend it for couples, families, or anyone wanting a quiet beach retreat.

AAnonymous UserLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.

LLiatravelistaRoom is huge and location is on point. However it is very dated and furnishings is badly in need of refreshing. Given the plus points and the price, it is still a good stay for the price paid. It is next to A1 food court with lots of eateries so I suggest foregoing the substandard breakfast at the hotel and try out them.
Tip: The in house spa is very good value and open til late. Worth a try

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!
