"The hotel is clean, new, and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The location is convenient, close to a large shopping mall and surrounded by many Thai restaurants. However, there is no convenience store nearby, which can be a little inconvenient. The staff initially could not find my booking from Trip.com, but they were polite and helpful and called to check the reservation for me. Overall, a pleasant stay with a convenient location."

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, both at the front desk and during breakfast. Housekeeping was fantastic; they consistently replenished slippers and dental amenities. Since I was traveling alone, they provided two bottles of fresh water daily. A bathrobe was also included. Breakfast offered a good variety, and everything was delicious. They even had national sweets, which was a nice touch. I tried the spa and jacuzzi. Overall, it was okay, but the jacuzzi water was heavily chlorinated, leaving my hands very dry afterward. There was no hand cream in the room, which would have been a great addition. While the hotel isn't right in the city center, the location is still convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and Arbat Street, a popular pedestrian street, is nearby.

Had an excellent stay for my business trip. The room layout was well-designed, perfect for both working and relaxing. The hotel's security was top-notch, and the environment was clean and tidy. Staff were professional and patient. The location was very convenient, saving me a lot of time and effort getting around for my business. Overall, a really good experience.

The hotel wasn't crowded and the room was spacious, so we had a comfortable stay. They promptly handled even our minor requests, and all the staff were friendly. All the food prepared for breakfast was excellent because the ingredients were fresh; the fruit was especially tasty, and the omelets were so good that we ordered them every morning.

The hotel completely lives up to its name – it's incredibly cozy, I'd even say home-like. The staff treats you like family, very sweet and pleasant. I especially remember the security guard who helped with luggage in the rain, leaving a very positive impression. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is thorough. The location is also very convenient – about a 10-15 minute walk to the center. The breakfasts are good too, with plenty of choices and everything delicious. Excellent value for money, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Perfect stay at the Novotel city centre, upon checking in Armand at reception noticed it was my daughter’s birthday few days ago so he gave my daughter & son as toy gift which was very sweet! The hotel has decent clean rooms & it’s in the perfect location, the Koke tobe cable carts are next door & Dostyk mall is a 15mins walk away. The hotel had a great breakfast spread with fresh pastries and a variety of food choices, lunch & dinner menu can be improved a little but still ok it just has a limited variety. Unfortunately, the pool & spa was under maintenance so was not open so we couldn’t use. Also thanks to Armand we got a late check out for both our rooms! A very nice jolly chap!

The building has a very classic style 🏘️, it looks very beautiful. The bar and restaurant are also very pretty and tasteful... The breakfast selection is extensive and varied, and the taste is also very good, especially the freshly baked croissants.

The hotel can arrange airport pick-up. The driver will hold a sign and is easy to recognize. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. The room is very clean. I will come again next time.

This hotel is definitely one of the most affordable ones in the city, and it has a good location. There are a couple of restaurants on the ground floor, and a free breakfast buffet for guests. There is also a sauna and a hammam at the lower ground level. Overall, a good stay experience at this hotel.

My stay at the Wyndham hotel was decent overall. The location was super convenient, making it easy to grab a bite or catch a taxi. The room itself was a bit small and felt cramped. The hotel facilities were noticeably old, with outdated furniture and appliances that weren't particularly well-maintained. However, there were some definite highlights. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied and tasty – I left feeling very satisfied. Plus, the hotel had a gym with all the basic equipment, which was great for a quick workout to unwind. Overall, its strengths are the excellent location, the wide breakfast selection, and the gym. But if you're bothered by small rooms and old facilities, you might want to consider other options.
