Ssusan ᐝAfter Sintra was ”abused” and went to Lisbon to rest, this hotel proved to be a good choice. The location is excellent, there are many shops and restaurants around, and it is very convenient to walk to the river and arco Augusta. The room is spacious, the various additional services provided by the hotel are superb, and I feel like I am back to the domestic hotel, such as drinking water and snacks in the lobby. The hotel also provides free breakfast to the room! The gym on the first floor is also a feature, and the surrounding environment is a Roman ruin! Special thanks to Mr. Nuno from the concierge for quickly arranging a comfortable car for me and a professional driver to safely deliver me to the concierge when I left the hotel to go to the concierge for the day I was forced to give up the pre-booked uber (the driver asked to cancel the order to pay in cash), Also very warmly recommended to me the restaurant he took his family to. In short, the four-night stay was very good and the hotel service was in place.

RRay KsaiVery nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. A bit far away from city center though. Very modern, everything is electric. Wifi is good. Breakfast was great. They have a complimentary sauna and contrast shower. Very cool! Gym is decent, but obviously could have more equipment. Would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe wash basin is very shallow, and the water easily flows out when washing a crew neck shirt. This hotel is not suitable for long-term stays. There is no clothes drying facility in the room, and there is no place to hang the washed clothes. Ants can always be seen in the trash can in the room. I stayed for 8 days, and the food in the restaurant did not change at all, and there were only a few dishes every day.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the area is sufficient. The front desk service is warm. There are not many barriers to communication in Portuguese and English.
The breakfast is purely Western style, and the egg tarts are also delicious.
Don't buy water from the bar. Two bottles of water are 15 euros. There is a supermarket next door in about ten minutes' walk. Water is very cheap.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Marques de Pombal Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Luis Nunes , who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. I also want to thank the other team members whose names I didn’t catch, but whose service was just as excellent.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

AAjay k shahWhat the website shows photos is full window but actually they gave small window , check in stuff was rude , checkout we tried calling to get our luggage no one picked up for 15 min so we had to drag all 4 bags to lobby which was 500 meters away , hotel so lovely , spay and pool was helpful for excercise but staff can be improved in check in and checkout

LlarafmThis was my third time at the hotel and it has always been great. Even though checkin time was late, but they agreed to let us checkin earlier, since we had arrived from a 9h flight, at 6am, so at around 9am we got to the room without any extra charge. The room is comfortable, clean, the bathtub is great, and it is quiet for a good rest in between flights. The breakfast is great and luckily it starts at 4am, so people (like us) with early flights can still catch some food before leaving.
