Ssusan ᐝAfter Sintra was ”abused” and went to Lisbon to rest, this hotel proved to be a good choice. The location is excellent, there are many shops and restaurants around, and it is very convenient to walk to the river and arco Augusta. The room is spacious, the various additional services provided by the hotel are superb, and I feel like I am back to the domestic hotel, such as drinking water and snacks in the lobby. The hotel also provides free breakfast to the room! The gym on the first floor is also a feature, and the surrounding environment is a Roman ruin! Special thanks to Mr. Nuno from the concierge for quickly arranging a comfortable car for me and a professional driver to safely deliver me to the concierge when I left the hotel to go to the concierge for the day I was forced to give up the pre-booked uber (the driver asked to cancel the order to pay in cash), Also very warmly recommended to me the restaurant he took his family to. In short, the four-night stay was very good and the hotel service was in place.

GGuest UserLisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet.
The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city, but there is a subway station that takes ten minutes' walk to the old city. It is also very convenient because there is no taxi in the city to go to the airport. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, the variety is rich and the quality is good, and the service is particularly good. SANA is a local hotel chain in Portugal, and its quality and service are quite guaranteed. The hotel is located on the flight network where planes land and take off, but the soundproofing in the room is good, which is perfect if you want to watch and take pictures of planes.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and a 20-minute walk to the city center. There are supermarkets nearby where you can buy fresh fruit. The airport bus drops you off just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there's a metro station right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere.

LlarafmThis was my third time at the hotel and it has always been great. Even though checkin time was late, but they agreed to let us checkin earlier, since we had arrived from a 9h flight, at 6am, so at around 9am we got to the room without any extra charge. The room is comfortable, clean, the bathtub is great, and it is quiet for a good rest in between flights. The breakfast is great and luckily it starts at 4am, so people (like us) with early flights can still catch some food before leaving.
