Yayaki is a charming private hotel with excellent service and attention to detail (background music, lighting, color schemes etc). There is a wonderful pool. Breakfast made to order is beautifully presented and delicious. I can’t say enough about this sparkling jewel of a hotel and it’s charming owners.

My wife and I stayed in Yakaki Hotel for 1 week. This in my opinion is probably the best Hotel I have ever stayed in in Greece. I have worked in Greece for over 5 years and have stayed in many Hotels on islands and Athens. The situation of the Hotel on the island of Spetses is just perfect. Everything within walking distance. The Hotel has been totally renovated in 2020-2021. The rooms are perfect size and superbly decorated. The owners, Hannah and Karl, are extremely helpful and give you almost any advice you want. The breakfast was delicious with always freshly pressed orange juice. The Hotel is in a quiet street. The beds are from Cocomat, all natural. I will always come back, if I want some vacation in Greece. Highly recommended A. + R.

Amazing stay and best property I’ve stay! The location is perfect in a quiet area, only 5min away from all the shops and restaurants. Between the new and old port. The breakfast is amazing and freshly made on daily basis! The team is always here to assist you and help you! The property is open only to resident which is perfect! The food and beverages menu is amazing, it accommodate every one, every dietary requirements. GF, VF, V, & meat lover. Definately recommend and will come again!

We spent a week in March at this lovely little hotel (which incidentally appeared in Hello magazine!) The staff are very attentive and met all our needs. The rooms and pool were lovely, and the breakfast was superb. In terms of Spetses, be sure to hire an e-bike and cycle around the island.

We appreciate very much our journey in Spetses and our stay at Yayaki hotel The accommodation was perfect , in total comfort for the quality of the room and of the bed , and for the pleasure to enjoy the organic food served at breakfast. The court with the pool was very convenient for reading and relaxing listening to soothing music. The personnel of the hotel was extremely kind and ready to answer to our need. I suggest to everybody to enjoy Yayaki Hotel and the kind and friendly support of Karl , the owner . THANKS !

From the time you arrive until you depart the team look after you…… A very tasty and great, fresh breakfast. A variety of Fruits, vegetables and different main! Most home made and fresh cook. Very clean and spacious room…. We loved the policy of open only to resident, you feel relaxed, safe and most importantly all the people around are Hotel guest. Never had any issues, on other hand, owner were here to assist and help us for many different bookings, last min as well. Generally the great and amazing service

Yayaki is unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. From the moment you step through the door it feels as though you have no option but to slow down and relax. It’s absolutely immaculate, super stylish and every last detail has been thought about and carefully curated so as to give guests the best possible experience. From the secret recipe house cocktail, the well planned seating areas, to the library, and even hooks on which to dry your swimwear, it’s all been given the utmost care and attention. We loved the consistent commitment to sustainability, and thoughtfully decorated and extremely comfortable rooms. The pool with its sofa style loungers, the delicious breakfast, the friendly bar and the central yet secluded location - a short walk to both the old and new harbour areas and their many tavernas and more high-end restaurants. With only a handful of other guests we felt as though we’d got lucky and been granted access to an exclusive club for a few days. As one the other reviews says, it’s somewhere you want to keep to yourself but it also deserves to have more people know what a Spetses jewel it is. Huge thank you to Karl, Hannah and team, we fully intend to return soon!

I almost don’t want to leave a review as this place is so special it would be great to keep it a secret but we owe it to Karl who works so incredibly hard to say what a fantastic place this is - location is quiet, rooms are so comfortable, and Karl and his team can’t do enough to help and recommend things… and his recommendations are always the best !
