I canceled my reservation hours after booking on Trip.com. The room was released and I requested a refund from the hotel, they referred me to the booking app I used. My refund was refused. The property may be lovely or may be horrible, I don’t know. The site I booked with presented the reservation as cancelable so I chose this option. I have learned the app presents reservations as cancelable and buries the NON-refundable part in the fine print. Buyer beware and do not reserve with Trip.com if you want to stay here.

The room smelled like someone was smoking in there, it was awful. And there was no glass plate thing in the microwave to set down the food.

I did not like not having my room cleaned and my towels and washclothes replenished and changed. I checked in on Sat. and checked out on Tue. I never posted my do not deserve sign on the door.

The card keys didn’t work at the check in. The desk mgr was helpful but there was a minor in convenience

It was an ok experience. The lady at the breakfast area was so nice. We stayed for 5 nights, we asked for service in the room only 1 day and they did not service it. We asked 2 different staff members and they both said yes. However when we got back to the room late at night it was not cleaned. We took out our own trash and had to ask for clean towels in the morning and toilet paper.
