Had nothing but issues. No family room available even when booked Room untidy Not clean TV not working Mattresses had stains No bedding No towels I would have rated this one but they have offered a small compensation back

Very dated room. Bathroom had seen better days. Tiny tv. Noise from other rooms. Check-in / check out fine.

Excellent value for money. We booked it to get away for a weekend. From the hotel we visited many tourist sites. Trentham estate was 20 mins away. Well worth a visit. On our way home we visited Alton towers. The hotel was clean and comfy. We were treated by lovely staff, who recommended places to visit and eat. Will defo book again.

Duncan and his team were so brilliant and we were looked after so well. Duncan went above and beyond for us. Really was a breath of fresh air

What a refreshing change to have such great customer service from Duncan and his team. After having had bad experiences at travelodge, they changed our minds totally. Thank you for making our stay much more comfortable, after us having made a mistake and booked the wrong day, thank you for accommodating us so well. Would highly recommend staying here

We stayed here for one night. Easy to find and only a 15 minute walk to restaurants and bars in the town centre, Lovely staff members, Yanli (hope I spelled it right) particularly helpful. They do more than man the reception desk so at times you may see a sign with a telephone number to call them to attend to you. Not a problem in my mind. Pay for parking using the Horizon App and register your car at reception. £4 for 24 hours is great value, I always book flexible way in advance. Then when the trip becomes more certain I book saver rate and cancel flexible. Usually saving about 10.00 which pays for the wifi and parking so a win win

Shocking experience, we pulled up into the car park on a Sunday at 4 pm to witness the local *********er delivering to a ground floor room through an open window, then riding off on his bike behind the building, allegedly this is a regular thing. After complaining to head office, we were offered a free breakfast box for a future visit. Avoid at all costs.

A nice sized room, well maintained. Friendly staff and loved the late checkout option. Hotel well positioned and no outside noise. Shame about paying to park as a guest but reasonable charges for 24hours

The hotel room was nice enough there were some areas that could of done with a touch of paint. The hotel room lacked plug sockets me and my fiance could only find one double plug sockets. It also lacked a hair dryer that I only found out after I have been for a shower and washed my hair. You also had to pay per day for WiFi and pay to park in the car park. On a plus the bed was comfy.
